There is one superpower women are known to have, how they do it is just what I don't know, as a young girl I remember how my dad could turn the whole house upside down, probably looking for where he kept his wristwatch or some other thing, no matter how hard he searches every nooks and corner, he won't find it 😂 it usually takes the help of my mum to find what seemed lost, she usually doesn't take ages to locate what the lost object and my dad never fails to leave the expression of astonishment on his face, wondering how she could locate hidden things with a twinkle of an eye, this type of scenario usually amuses me as a young girl watching my parent act their drama, what I didn't know was that it is a common phenomenon among men, they lack the abilities to find something even though they kept the said thing themselves or it was staring right back at them😅.
One tiktok video I watched recently cracked me up, a man was looking for a jam in the refrigerator, his wife traveled for a business meeting, so he didn't want to bother her with several calls as she already told him it was in there, after searching through the over-packed fridge without success feeling frustrated, he decided to face time two of his friends, men too, wrong option😂, moving his phone all over the fridge so they could help him spot where the jam is, they all tried and still couldn't find it together😂, one of his friend's wife luckily came back home from work, when they were about to give up on the search, so they begged him to bring her on the video call, and he did, moving the phone again slowly to show her his refrigerator, in few seconds, she spotted the jam, 😂😂😂 you should the look on all their faces lol, I guess they felt their eyes was useless at that instant haha
I also get to face the same situation in my home, my husband would be like, he can't find a shirt of his, describing the colour or pattern on the shirt, going through his wardrobe over and over again, then he will be like "are you sure you kept it here after laundry", my reply, "where else would I keep your shirt" standing up from where I sat, and just going straight to bring the shirt out for him, wondering if these men use their eyes at all, so now instead of going through the stress of finding, he just tells me ahead to help him bring out the shirt he wishes to use the next day to work
Today, I used my superpower to my advantage hehe, apparently, he worked on some documents a few days ago and arranged them on his study table, but can't seem to find one of the documents after scattering and searching the whole study room, you should see the look on his face, stressed and droplets of sweat in the cold room, as he kept on telling me how important the document is, "honey are you sure the children didn't come in here while I was away?" He already knows the answer to that question since we decided to keep his study room locked when he wasn't around, for this same reason, he started thinking back to different scenarios where he might have misplaced the document, but couldn't come up with any, I wasn't sure if I would find it, but told him that if I did, his promise to me which he has been delaying to settle me, should be moved to today, he didn't have a choice than to accept my offer, so I carefully looked through each of the files, and there I found the one he was looking for lol😂. And he was like, how do you do these things, and I replied it's a superpower, time to settle me😅😅 don't blame me super power services must be paid for too.
