I just bought a pumpkin for me today and with half of it I decided to make some delicious soup, the other half will probably also end up as soup but I am still not sure about that yet, maybe tomorow. Now I am sitting on my desk eating this soup while writing the article and I have to admit that it is a very delicous meal that is prepared with so much ease. Just peeling the pumpkin, mixing it in the mixer and cook it for 20 minutes and then it is fine. Ok adding some salt and pepper is also good for the taste and I did it. Depending on your liking you can also add some cream and some other spices.
If you add a little bit of pepper or pepperonies this can be a very good soup to warm up. Also adding some ginger is good for your health and in cold winter days. I preserved the seeds and let them dry for a the future. I will probably also prepare them and eat them in some days. Stay tuned.
