Escribo para no morir
porque ya he muerto
con las vísceras al sol.
Lanzo gritos bajo el agua
para sofocar la sed que confunde
mis lágrimas con la sangre.
No respiro
no puedo vender mis vísceras
por la inocencia de mis manos.
Escribo para no morir
en tu sonrisa marchita,
en tus ojos sin rumbo,
en la decapitada forma
de la flor que no sonríe,
en la tristeza de tus pasos
y mis lágrimas que no mueren,
sino en el grito de la sangre
bajo el agua.

Esta es mi participación en el concurso que nos propone @hive-164241 a través de la comunidad Soloescribe.

with my entrails exposed to the sun.
I scream underwater
to quell the thirst that confuses
my tears with blood.
I don't breathe
I can't sell my entrails
for the innocence of my hands.
I write so I don't die
in your withered smile,
in your aimless eyes,
in the decapitated form
of the flower that doesn't smile,
in the sadness of your steps
and my tears that don't die,
but in the cry of blood
underwater.
