Сьогодні я хочу поділитись своїм новим Табу (обмеженням), яке я так довго формував. На перший погляд воно досить розмите. Хоча, так може тільки здаватись. З березня місяця цього року я активно практикую самодисципліну. За цей короткий час я встиг зрозуміти, що обмеження, які ми ставимо перед собою мають ВЕЛИЧЕЗНУ силу (я не даремно написав такими великими літерами).

Today I want to share my new Taboo, which I have been forming for so long. At first glance, it is quite blurred. Although, it may just seem so. Since March of this year, I have been actively practicing self-discipline. In this short time, I realized that the restrictions we set ourselves have a HUGE force (I did not write in such capital letters in vain).

Моє нове табу буде стосуватись найкращої гри, що в світі крипто ігр - @splinterlands. Я вже декілька разів прощався з грою, але знову повертався до неї. Чому? Тому, що на даний момент це найкраща гра в світі крипто валют, яка дозволяє заробляти крипто валюту після кожної перемоги. Єдиним, відносним мінусом, цієї гри є те, що для азартних людей із відсутністю можливості реалізувати свою жагу до домінування в реальному житті, @splinterlands, як і всі інші ігри, є «пасткою». В майбутньому уже анонсована поява турнірів серед гільдій та PVE поєдинки.

Тепер про Табу. Все банально просто, до 04.08.2020 року я ставлю часове обмеження на будь-які мої дії в @splinterlands (не важливо, чи то торгівля, чи виконання щоденного квесту, чи перерозподіл карт, чи участь в турнірі) в 2 години. З 05.08.2020 року по 21.08.2020 року це обмеження буде становити 90 хвилин. І з 22.08.2020 року і надалі, це обмеження буде становити 60 хвилин. Всі часові обмеження я збираюсь розділяти на часові проміжки по 30 хвилин. Якщо я хоч раз помічу за собою, що я підсвідомо починаю шукати причини, щоб обійти ці обмеження я буду змушений продати всі свої активи в грі @splinterlands. Чому? Якщо я не зможу контролювати час, то точно зможу контролювати сам факт гри. Звісно, продати всі карти і більш не заходити до гри – було б значно надійніше, але мені хочеться вірити в те, що я зможу контролювати свою пристрасть і вона не переросте в залежність. Тим паче, що на фоні виходу з гри власника найбільшої колекції карт, зараз не найкращий час продавати активи, а навпаки збільшувати їх кількість (чим я активно займаюсь).

Now about Taboo. It's simple, until 04.08.2020 I put a time limit on any of my actions in @splinterlands (it doesn't matter if it's a trade, or a daily quest, or a redistribution of cards, or participation in a tournament) at 2 hours. From 05.08.2020 to 21.08.2020 this limit will be 90 minutes. And from 22.08.2020 onwards, this limit will be 60 minutes. I'm going to divide all time limits into time intervals of 30 minutes. If I ever notice that I subconsciously start looking for reasons to circumvent these restrictions, I will be forced to sell all my assets in the game @splinterlands. Why? If I can't control the time, I can definitely control the fact of the game. Of course, selling all the cards and not coming into the game anymore would be much safer, but I want to believe that I can control my passion and it will not grow into an addiction. Especially since the owner of the largest collection of cards is out of the game, now is not the best time to sell assets, but on the contrary to increase their number (which I am actively doing).

Підсумовуючи все написане, хочу сказати, що @splinterlands – прекрасна гра, яка на декілька кроків попереду всіх існуючих ігр. Я б навіть сказав, що це гра нового покоління (коли гравці отримують, за те що грають, а не навпаки). Якщо ви може контролювати свій азарт ця гра може стати для Вас прекрасним місцем для відпочинку, розвитку логіки та приємним додатковим доходом.

Summing up, I want to say that @splinterlands is a great game that is a few steps ahead of all existing games. I would even say that this is a new generation game (when players get paid for what they play, not the other way around). If you can control your excitement, this game can be a great place for you to relax, develop logic, and a nice extra income.
