Hello! Today I want to talk about three initiatives that I liked the most during the entire period of the full-scale invasion of russia on the territory of Ukraine. This is all designed to help raise funds for various volunteer needs, and therefore to help our state so that the day of victory comes as soon as possible.
Привіт! Сьогодні хочу розповісти про три ініціативи, котрі мені найбільше сподобались за весь період повномасштабного вторгнення росії на територію України. Це все покликане для того, щоб допомогти в зборі коштів на різноманітні волонтерські потреби, а отже і для допомоги нашій державі, щоб день перемоги настав якомога швидше.
I will talk about those initiatives that do not affect the family budget very much but are still significant if a large number of people participate in them.
Розповім я про ті ініціативи, котрі не відображаються дуже сильно на сімейному бюджеті, але все одно є вагомими, якщо в них приймає участь велика кількість людей.
Відправ Франка на фронт / Send Franko to the front
This is an idea that appeared back in 2015. The author of the initiative is Andriy Mishchenko, who at that time worked in a creative agency in Kharkiv. Then the foundation turned to them for help because people began to get used to the war and consider it an everyday thing, which is far away somewhere and therefore less actively transferred funds. Unfortunately, the fund ceased its activities without verifying the effectiveness of the plan.
Це ідея, котра з'явилась ще в 2015 році. Автором ініціативи є Андрій Міщенко, який в той період працював в креативному агентстві у Харкові. Тоді до них за допомогою звернувся фонд з приводу того, що люди почали звикати до війни і вважати це буденністю, котра десь там далеко, а тому і менш активно перераховували кошти. На жаль, фонд припинив свою діяльність так і не перевіривши ефективність задуму.
And now, so that foreigners can understand the "chip". Ivan Franko is a famous Ukrainian poet (and not only), who is depicted on the 20 hryvnia banknote. The main goal of the project is to encourage people to make at least minimal donations as often as possible. This amount will not be reflected in the financial situation of the average person, but it can help the country.
А тепер, щоб і іноземцям було зрозуміло "фішку". Іван Франко це відомий український поет (і не тільки), котрий зображений на 20 гривневій купюрі. Основна мета проєкту заохочувати людей робити якомога частіше бодай мінімальні донати. Ця сума ніяк не відобразиться на фінансовому становищі середньостатистичної людини, але зможе допомогти країні.
Thus, in the first 11 days after Franko was put on a helmet, it was possible to collect 235 thousand hryvnias for volunteer needs. In addition, the creatives did not stop only at this personality, if you go to the Instagram page FrankaNaFront, you can see that other classics of Ukraine, who are depicted on our national currency. And on the same page, you can see reports on where the funds were sent.
Так за перші 11 днів після того, як на Франка вдягли каску вдалось зібрати 235 тисяч гривень на волонтерські потреби. Крім того, креативники не зупинились тільки на цій особистості, якщо зайти на Інстаграм сторінку FrankaNaFront, то можна побачити, що в каски вдягли і інших класиків України, котрі зображені на нашій національній валюті. І на тій же сторінці можна побачити звіти про те, куди були надіслані кошти.
Проєкт від НБУ "Смілива гривня" / Project from NBU "Brave hryvnia"
The National Bank of Ukraine has announced a full "mobilization" of coins lying around in your pockets or piggy banks. From August 1 to October 31, everyone can bring collected coins and/or banknotes to the nearest branch of a partner bank and transfer the funds to a special account of the NBU to collect funds for the needs of the army.
Національний банк України оголосив повну "мобілізацію" монет, котрі завалялись у вас в кишенях чи скарбничках. З 1 серпня по 31 жовтня кожен може принести зібрані монети та/або банкноти у найближче відділення банка-партнера та перекажи кошти на спецрахунок НБУ для збору коштів на потреби армії.

А особисто в мене їх можна знайти просто по всій квартирі. Хоча частіше я просто можу не забрати ці монети та залишити на касі.

This initiative appeared in the first days of the full-scale offensive, and then I sent all my bonuses to the needs of the army. She started, of course, with the same "covid" thousand that was charged for vaccination, and then went through all the possible programs of supermarkets/operators/banks that were on the smartphone.
Ця ініціатива з'явилась ще в перші дні повномасштабного наступу і тоді я відправила всі свої бонуси на потреби армії. Почала, звичайно, із тої самої "ковідної" тисячі, котру нарахували за вакцинацію, а потім пройшлась по всім можливим програмам супермаркетів/операторів/банків, що були на смартфоні.
In fact, it was "virtual" money, which I periodically used to get bonus gigabytes of the Internet or to round off the amount of purchase in a supermarket for a more convenient calculation. In fact, I did not physically have these funds, but they definitely helped our country. At least I want to believe that there are a lot of people like me.
По суті це були "віртуальні" гроші, котрі я періодично використовувала щоб отримати бонусні гігабайти інтернету або округлити суму покупки в супермаркеті для більш зручного розрахунку. По суті, цих коштів фізично в мене не було, але вони точно допомогли нашій країні. Принаймні хочеться вірити, що таких як я дуже багато.
And now the question is, is there any similar initiative that you liked and joined, and I could have forgotten about it? I emphasize that in this post we are talking about when the goal is to collect small amounts from a large number of people, not huge amounts from a few.
