My idea is that due to the war, there will be constant power outages and, accordingly, in the winter time it will be as cold as indoors. It will not be possible to heat the room, but it is possible to heat the bed or the body in warm clothes without electricity thanks to heaters. But I just need a heating pad that can keep me warm at the time I need it. That is, I wanted to get warmth at the moment when I was freezing. The problem with a water heater is that it needs to be heated either by fire or electricity. And if there is no fire and electricity when heat is needed?
I started looking for alternative sources of heat or at least a heat accumulator is available to me for the price and long-term use with many cycles of recovery and use of heat.
I found a recipe for a chemical gel warmer.

Моя ідея у тому, що у зв'язку з війною, будуть постійні відключення електрики та відповідно у зимовий час прохолодно як у приміщенні. Зігріти приміщення можливості не буде, а обігріти без електрики ліжко чи тіло у теплому одязі можливо завдяки грілкам. От тільки мені грілка потрібна така, яка б могла зігрівати мене у потрібний для мене час. Тобто я хотів отримати тепло у момент коли я замерзаю. Проблема з водяною грілкою у тому, що її потрібно нагрівати чи то на вогні, чи на електриці. А якщо немає вогню та електрики тоді, коли потрібне тепло?
Почав шукати альтернативні джерела тепла або хоч акумулятор тепла доступний мені за ціною та довготривалого використання з багатьма циклами відновлення та використання тепла.

Ще на момент виготовлення в процесі я помічав, що все відбувається чітко так, яким має бути процес утворення потрібного хімічного складу речовини та процесами реакції.
Наступний етап тестування на практиці. Зуміти отримувати тепло та передачі тепла на наступний момент використання грілки.
Без досвіду звісно виникають проблеми та помилки, які з часом я почав помічати та виправляти.

Well, let's say it's warm and yes, but then the heater starts working and I get hot and have to tear up. When I break down, I feel cold and realize that heat consumption is not going according to plan.
I searched for a long time with various guesses and possible reasons for such actions of my heater.
And the fact is that the tightness of the cap in the bottle caused the substance inside to react and generate heat at a moment when I did not expect it. Changed caps, changed bottles. The problem either disappeared or reappeared in bed.
Next, I tried to carry the heating pad in a backpack on the street with running and chaotic movement. It was surprising that there was no spontaneous heat production in the backpack.
So the reason is in my bed. Most likely, I lay on the bottle, where I broke the seal of the cap, thereby activating the reaction and production of heat by chemicals.
До сьогоднішнього дня я тестував грілку виключно в домашніх умовах у ліжку.
Проблема полягала у тому, що грілка починала видавати сама тепло без моєї на то згоди, тобто без активації. Грілка сама активувалася у момент, коли я цього або не чекав або не потребував.
Ну скажімо мені тепло й так, а тут грілка починає працювати й мені стає спекотно й доводиться розриватися. Коли розриваюся мені холодно й розумію, що витрата тепла відбувається не за планом.
Довго шукав різними здогадками та можливими причинами такі дії моєї грілки.
А річ у тім, що не герметичність кришки у пляшці змушувала вступати речовину в середині у реакцію та генерувати тепло у момент коли я цього не чекав. Змінював кришки, змінював пляшки. Проблема то зникала то знову з'являлася саме у ліжку.
Далі я спробував переносити грілку у рюкзаку на вулиці з бігом, та хаотичним пересуванням. Здивувало те, що у рюкзаку не відбувалося самовільного виробництва тепла.
Отже, причина у моєму ліжку. Скоріше за все я на пляшку лягав, де порушував герметичність кришки, тим самим активізував реакцію та виробництво хімічними речовинами тепла.

I decided to warm myself up and used a heating pad as a source of additional heat.
The warmth helped me feel comfortable outside for a few more hours. I didn't think about the fact that it was cold outside, and even the feeling and understanding that I wouldn't get cold gave me a good mood.
I will tell you that I am very satisfied with such a heater.
Later I want to try to use it in other application options. And for this I need to find the right time and moment and the need for a heating pad. Now I am often in nature, where it is cool and there is a need to warm not only me, but also food for nutrition.

Сьогодні вперше я застосував грілку на вулиці у внутрішній кишені моєї куртки.
На вулиці було +8 тепла. Прохолодний вітер. Коли рухаєшся то ніби не мерзнеш, а коли сів поговорити з товаришем, то почав розуміти, що стає мені холодно.
Я вирішив зігріти себе та використав грілку як джерело додаткового тепла.
Тепло допомогло мені ще кілька годин комфортно почувати себе на вулиці. Я не думав про те, що на вулиці прохолодно, а навіть відчуття та розуміння того, що я не змерзну давало піднесений настрій.
Скажу вам, що дуже задоволений такою грілкою.
Хочу згодом спробувати її використати в інших варіантах застосування. А для цього мені потрібно знайти потрібний час та момент й потребу у грілці. Зараз я часто буваю на природі, де прохолодно і є потреба у зігріванні не тільки мене, а їжі для харчування.
