Знаючи про такий прогноз від учора, заздалегідь підготувала свіжезірваних вишень. Щоб сьогодні закрити в банках на зиму вишневий компот.
Але вранці побачила, що багато дуже красивих і стиглих вишень збиті вітром на землю. Шкода стало залишати їх без уваги. Та й безпорядок на подвір'ї зовсім не планувався. Пішла з мискою збирати вишні з землі. І що б ви думали? Мій чудо-пес Хенк довго не роздумував. Раз хазяйка оці червоні штучки в миску збирає, подумав він, значить буде їсти.😁 Виходить, вони смачні. І почав їсти вишні!!! Причому акуратно викидаючи кісточки!😂

Once the landlady collects these red things in a bowl, he thought, then she will eat them. 😁 Turns out, they are delicious. And started eating cherries!!! And carefully throwing out the bones!😂
Ось так, зарядившись позитивом від Хенка, пішла я варити компот. Хотілося якогось особливого, тому прогуглила декілька рецептів. Один із них дуже сподобався: вишня з малиною і м'ятою.
Йду під дощиком до малин, збираю ягоди. Потім беру кілька гілочок м'яти, яка також у мене росте на ділянці.
Варю сироп. Закладаю ягоди у банки, додаю гілочку м'яти. Стерилізую, закриваю. І ось результат:

Взагалі вийшло майже 10 літрів компоту, і не тільки з малиною і м'ятою. Із самої вишні також зробила заготовку. Для різноманітності.
Запаси потрошку поповнюються. Хенк тимчасом вивчає вегетаріанську кухню. Може, йому і не потрібне м'ясо?🤣
