Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well.✨☀️
Today, I just want to share a simple but happy moment I had with my daughter last Saturday. It’s nothing fancy, but for me, it was a beautiful day of bonding of me as a mom and my daughter Morning Belle.
Last Saturday was very hot. Since I didn’t have work, I thought of a fun idea. I told my daughter, Morning Belle, that we could take a bath in our electric water pump. This pump is used for our farm, but we also use it to cool off on hot days. We do this often, especially when the weather is really hot and I’m free.
Morning Belle got so excited when I told her. She quickly wore her swimsuit and even brought her toys and float (Salbabida). She calls it her ‘swimming pool in the farm’, and for her, it really feels like that.
Before we went to the pump, I checked our backyard and saw some mushrooms growing and mangoes that had fallen from the tree. I picked them, and cooked a simple breakfast. I told my daughter that if she finished her food, we could go swimming. She happily eats everything! She was really excited to play in the water.
The water pump is just near our small house in the farm. It’s electric, so it doesn’t make too much noise, and it’s easy to use. I turned it on and started filling the tab with water. When the water was ready, Morning Belle jumped in right away. She was so happy and full of energy.
She played with her toys, splashed water everywhere, and laughed so much. She kept saying, thank you mama, and gave me hugs while playing. That moment really touched my heart. Even if we were just in the farm. Not in a real swimming pool, my daughter was so happy. That’s when I realized, children don’t need big or expensive things to be happy. Sometimes, a little water, some toys, and time with their mom is more than enough.
We stayed there for almost two hours. We laughed, talked and enjoy the water. I also joined her in the water for a while. We didn’t notice the time because we were both having fun. It’s about being present, enjoying the moment, and making memories with our kids. These are the moments I will always remember.
Morning Belle is growing fast, and I know there will come a time when she won’t be this small anymore. That’s why I want to enjoy every simple moment with her while I still can.
I really appreciate your time and support. Being a mom is not always easy, but memories like this make everything worth it. I hope you also find time to enjoy the little things in life with your loved ones.
