Saludos estimados amigos de #motherhood! Hoy escribo estas lineas depues de unas semanas un poco complicadas pero con el aliciente que todo mejora mientras se puedan ubicar las los procesos necesarios.
Les comento que desde hace un tiempo por motivos del embarazo de mi esposa ella y mi hija pasaron unas semanas en la casa de la mama de mi esposa, lo cual represento una situacion un poco compleja para manejar el dia a dia de mi hija, la busqueda de la escuela, el retorno y las actividades como tareas y la escuela de ballet.
En lo particular si bien era incomodo mi pensamiento era en lo mejor para el embarazo de mi esposa, sin embargo mi hija enfermó del estómago, lo cual le hizo vomitar en la escuela un par de veces, nosotros la llevamos al pediatra y con un tratamiento, en una semana se le quito.
Lo que no me esperaba es que mi hija que ya tiene tiempo en la escuela le dio por tener nauseas cada vez que llegaba a la escuela, lo cual nos alarmo tanto a nosotros como padres como a la maestra, pues ella siempre ha tenido un buen redimiento y no ha tenido problemas graves.
Como los episodios se estaban tornando repetitivos, nos llevo a buscar ayuda y una señora amiga, que es psicopedagoga nos esta ayudando con ella, pues la llevamos a que hablara con ella y nos dijo que ella considera es una ansiedad por separación.
Esto segun he leido es normal cuando los niños son pequeños, pero puede existir incluso en adultos por lo cual no se debe dejar pasar por alto, y mi hija en realidad no lo experimento en sus primeros dias de escuela, sin embargo ahora lo siente, y claro que le debe afectar el hecho que sabe que con la llegada de un nuevo bebe a la familia dejara de ser el unico centro de nuestra atencion, tambien considero que esta puede ser por el cambio de su rutina.
La Dra nos recomendo que tratemos de volver lo mas posible a su rutina y ha realizado con ella unas dinámicas para que ella se libere de sus temores, por mi parte le he puesto una rutina de ir a la escuela con un juego de ir observando objetos en el camino a la escuela que le ha bajado bastante los niveles de ansiedad, y ha mejorado bastante, pero todo se va calmando un dia a la vez.

Poco a poco con paciencia tenemos que ir tratando a los niños a veces el apego lo imponemos nosotros mismos, pero con el paso del tiempo ellos pueden resolver y salir a delante, ya hemos vuelto a la casa, y yo he tratado de volver a hacer todo lo que estaba aconstumbrada, claro con ciertos cambios para qje no sea tan brusca la llegada del bebe, yo tengo la confianza que pronto va a estar tranquila, y yo tambien pues me mortifica mucho el verla ansiosa.
La verdad que a veces me culpo por siempre estar presente que de pronto ella siente esa costumbre de tenerme a disposición, pero al final del dia si estoy pendiente es por su bienestar, y estos son cosas que se pueden resolver poniendo de nuestra parte.

Greetings dear friends of #motherhood! Today I write these lines after a few weeks a little complicated but with the encouragement that everything is getting better as long as the necessary processes can be put in place.
I would like to tell you that some time ago, due to my wife's pregnancy, she and my daughter spent a few weeks at my wife's mother's house, which represented a complex situation to manage my daughter's day to day life, the search for school, the return and activities such as homework and ballet school.
However, my daughter got sick to her stomach, which made her vomit at school a couple of times, we took her to the pediatrician and with a treatment, in a week it went away.
What I didn't expect was that my daughter, who has been in school for some time now, started having nausea every time she came to school, which alarmed both us as parents and the teacher, since she has always had a good performance and has not had any serious problems.
As the episodes were becoming repetitive, it led us to seek help and a lady friend, who is a psychopedagogist, is helping us with her, as we took her to talk to her and she told us that she considers it to be separation anxiety.
I have read that this is normal when children are small, but it can exist even in adults so it should not be overlooked, and my daughter did not really experience it in her first days of school, but now she feels it, and of course it must affect her because she knows that with the arrival of a new baby to the family she will no longer be the only center of our attention, I also believe that this may be due to the change in her routine.
The Dr. recommended us to try to return as much as possible to her routine and has done with her some dynamics for her to get rid of her fears, for my part I have put her in a routine of going to school with a game of observing objects on the way to school that has lowered her anxiety levels, and she has improved a lot, but everything is calming down one day at a time.

Little by little with patience we have to treat the children, sometimes we impose the attachment ourselves, but with the passage of time they can solve and get ahead, we have already returned to the house, and I have tried to return to do everything I was used to, of course with certain changes so that the arrival of the baby is not so abrupt, I am confident that soon she will be calm, and I also because it mortifies me a lot to see her anxious.
The truth is that sometimes I blame myself for always being present that suddenly she feels this habit of having me available, but at the end of the day if I am aware is for her welfare, and these are things that can be solved by doing our part.
