Hola madres y padres de esta hermosa comunidad, he estado ausente por dos semanas lo cual ha sido nostálgico para mí, ya que de cierta forma, escribirles es como una especie de terapia, me ayuda a drenar mis días ya sean felices o tristes, estas dos semanas estuvieron llenas de dificultades, Luna se enfermó, perdió una semana de clases, puesto que tenía mucha flema, luego producto de una pedicura se me infecto un dedo y se me hincho un pie que no podía ni caminar y Luna tiene examen de grado de karate este martes entonces ha tenido práctica intensiva para recuperar la semana que paso enferma, por lo que he estado super atareada.

En fin, cosas que suceden en la vida diaria que debemos sobrellevar, asumir y actuar para resolverlas, estas dos semanas de mucho estrés, carga mental y cansancio, he tenido algunos pensamientos intrusivos, nada bonitos, ya recuperada un poco la calma me puse a investigar un poco el porqué de estos pensamientos tan horribles que se me aparecen de la nada, que no pido ni deseo en mi vida, me di cuenta de que no soy la única y que hasta cierto punto, repito, cierto punto, suelen ser normales en cualquier madre o no necesariamente tiene que ser madre.

Los pensamientos intrusivos son un indicio de decirte que estamos bajo mucho estrés, pero debo aclarar, que esto dependerá de cuan a menudo tengamos estos pensamientos, porque si es muy seguido y están afectando en tu vida diaria entonces no son normales y debes acudir a un profesional, todos los seres humanos en algún momento de nuestras vidas hemos tenido pensamientos intrusivos, que son digamos indebidos, de características por lo general violentos, imaginar cosas violentas o indebidas para cualquier persona y esto sucede sin pedirlo, sin desearlo, simplemente llegan de la nada, no significa en ningún momento que tengas en tu interior un deseo oscuro de hacerlos realidad, para nada, la realidad es que lo que causan es miedo.

Intrusive thoughts are an indication to tell you that we are under a lot of stress, but I must clarify that this will depend on how often we have these thoughts, because if it is very often and are affecting your daily life then they are not normal and you should go to a professional, all human beings at some point in our lives we have had intrusive thoughts, that are let's say undue, of generally violent characteristics, to imagine violent or undue things for any person and this happens without asking for it, without wishing it, they simply come out of nowhere, it does not mean at any moment that you have in your interior a dark desire to make them come true, not at all, the reality is that what they cause is fear.

No muchos se atreven hablar de esto, porque obviamente es algo muy personal y aparte que son pensamientos que no quieres que sean malinterpretados o que dudaran de tu integridad o salud mental, pero existen. Hablaré de mi perspectiva como mamá, ya que estas dos semanas se me han presentado, pero en mi condición como madre, el pensamiento que más se me asoma así de repente es que me pasará algo malo y dejará a mi hija sola en este mundo, no es algo que desee, no es algo que me provoco pensar, simplemente llegan de repente a perturbarme.

Leí que muchas veces estos pensamientos en las personas es una manera de resolver problemas, como una manera de estar preparados a cualquier circunstancias indeseadas, y no es que viva preocupada por esto, mortificada todos los días no, cuando llegan estos pensamientos lo que hago es abrazar a mi hija o juego con ella, no lucho con el pensamiento, ni le doy una gran importancia y sé que en algún momento toda madre ha tenido este pensamiento, de dejar solos a nuestros hijos, de que nadie los podrá amar como lo hacemos nosotras, como los conocemos nosotras, la forma como le gusta su comida, su color, programas o juegos favoritos, todos y cada uno de los más pequeños detalles los conocemos nosotras sus madres y adoramos saberlo, adoramos hacer por ellos lo que les gusta y sabemos qué les hace felices, pues pasamos el mayor tiempo con ellos desde que están en nuestro pecho.

Not many dare to talk about this, because obviously it is something very personal and besides that they are thoughts that you do not want to be misinterpreted or that will doubt your integrity or mental health, but they do exist. I will talk about my perspective as a mom, since these two weeks have presented themselves to me, but in my condition as a mother, the thought that comes to me all of a sudden is that something bad will happen to me and I will leave my daughter alone in this world, it is not something that I want, it is not something that provoked me to think, they just come suddenly to disturb me.

I read that many times these thoughts in people is a way to solve problems, as a way to be prepared for any unwanted circumstances, and it is not that I live worried about this, mortified every day no, when these thoughts come what I do is hug my daughter or play with her, I do not fight with the thought, or give it a great importance and I know that at some point every mother has had this thought, of leaving our children alone, that no one can love them as we do, as we know them, the way they like their food, their favorite color, programs or games, each one of the smallest details are known to us, their mothers, and we love to know it, we love to do for them what they like, and we know it makes them happy, because we spend the most time with them since they are in our bosom.

Puedo decir, personalmente, que ninguno de los familiares más cercano de Luna la conoce tan bien como yo y asusta el pensar que si un día falto en su vida, ella sufriría muchísimo y eso me parte el corazón. ¿Cómo tome este pensamiento intrusivo? De manera positiva, tome este pensamiento para cuidarme más, cuidar mis hábitos alimenticios, cuidar mi salud física y mental, asegurar en todo lo que pueda estar para ella y durarle un buen tiempo jeje, por otro lado, inculcar independencia a mi hija, que en lo posible no tenga que necesitar de mí, que pueda hacer todo ella solita, claro aquí voy a estar para ella, soy su mamá, sé que depende de mi emocional y económicamente por el momento porque es solo una niña pequeña y no hay nada más hermoso que tu mamá te prepare tu bocadillo o platillo favorito, que tu mamá tenga tu ropa limpia, esa atención de madre que le demuestra a nuestros hijos lo mucho que los amamos, nada de eso dejaré de hacerlo, pero en conjunto enseñarle que todo eso puede hacerlo ella misma.

Ya estos días han estado más calmados a pesar de que estoy escribiendo este post en el Dojo donde Luna está practicando para su evaluación el día martes. Porque de verdad he estado muy ocupada y llego cansada a casa, más el cansancio mental no me permite acceder a mi lado creativo y de escritora jaja, como siempre es un placer poder comunicarles mis consejos, inquietudes o sucesos en mi vida como madre, muchas gracias por los que se detuvieron a leerme, les envió un gran abrazo.

I can personally say that none of Luna's closest relatives know her as well as I do, and it is scary to think that if one day I am missing in her life, she would suffer a lot and that breaks my heart. Positively, I took this thought to take care of myself more, take care of my eating habits, take care of my physical and mental health, make sure I can be there for her and last a good time hehe, on the other hand, instill independence in my daughter, that as far as possible she does not need me, she can do everything by herself, of course I will be here for her, I am her mom, I know she depends on me emotionally and economically for the moment because she is just a little girl and there is nothing more beautiful than your mom preparing your favorite snack or dish, that your mom has your clothes clean, that motherly attention that shows our children how much we love them, none of that I will stop doing, but as a whole teach her that she can do it all herself.

These days have been calmer even though I am writing this post in the Dojo where Luna is practicing for her evaluation on Tuesday.
