Hi Motherhood Community 💫 I have been several days inactive and things have happened that really have me quite worried and one of the most important is that my little Lucia again suffered a fall that as a result generated again a fracture of his arm, the same arm that was operated, so we really are very dismayed in the family and well we have been supporting Lucia with this new episode in the best possible way, it is not at all easy and today I share with you how this experience goes...

This Friday Lucia suffered a fall at her aunt's house, she slipped on a carpet and when she fell her recently operated arm received the impact with the floor, she manifested a lot of pain and immediately we took her to the clinic to make X-rays, these images showed a fracture again, I cannot explain with words the terror I felt when I saw the image and also the anguish of imagining all the pain that my baby felt again.

So many things were going through my head but I really did not have time to process anything, I had to resolve and locate immediate attention for Lucia, her traumatologist is traveling out of town but thank God via telephone she guided us to contact another doctor who could attend Lucia, so we were able to locate this new traumatologist who was in charge of evaluating the fracture that fortunately had no displacement but she had to be placed in a cast, this time a tubular cast that she must have for 1 month.

This doctor gave us many recommendations, she indicated medications and rest, she also explained to us how to treat this cast which is totally different from the immobilizers that the girl had used, she also referred us to a pediatric nephrologist because she explained to us that in children the consolidation of the bones after a fracture is very fast and she does not explain how after the operation and procedures applied to Lucia her bones are still weak, So with the help of nephrology we have to study this fragility of her bones to determine the root cause, see if there is any deficiency or loss of minerals and investigate well to help Lucia and not continue going through these fractures that are traumatic for everyone, especially for her.
So now begins a new health challenge with my princess that I hope with God's favor we can overcome quickly, always trusting in the love and power of God and supporting her with all our strength and resources so she can enjoy good health, so I will be commenting later how the progress of my baby, for now I have to say goodbye and as always it was a pleasure to share our experiences with you! 💞 Thank you for reading me! 😃 See you very soon! 💫
