Feliz y bendecido viernes para todos, deseándoles que este y todos sus días estén llenos de mucha salud y de hermosos momentos; que siempre hayan sonrisas porque estas servirán para ir guardando bonitos recuerdos en nuestra memoria de manera que nos puedan servir como herramienta necesaria para la construcción del bienestar integral; es un placer para mi poder compartirles por aquí mis experiencias y/o consejos con quienes hacen vida en esta maravillosa comunidad de @Motherhood lo que me hace sentir complacida, es por lo que les agradezco cada día que me permitan continuar creciendo en conocimientos junto a todos los que comparten y desarrollan temas de interés para el mejor desenvolvimiento, bienestar y orientación de nuestros pequeños a fin de lograr en ellos una vida plena, cargada de principios y valores que les sirvan para llevar a cabo un comportamiento acorde con la de un ciudadano común y que todo le conlleve a crecer sanos y felices teniendo presente que Hay formas de poner límites sin dañarlos actuando siempre en función de su mejor interés.

Cuando ponemos límites a los pequeños no lo hacemos por capricho, por demostrar autoridad o porque no los queremos, sino todo lo contrario, es una forma de orientar niños, próximos jóvenes y futuros adultos para la vida como verdaderos seres humanos capaces de proporcionar cariño, respeto, solidaridad, bondad. Ahora bien, que existen formas sutiles de hacerlo; es cierto, no podemos imponer nuestro propio punto de vista, porque esos seres humanos pequeñitos bajo nuestra responsabilidad, también tienen derecho a expresarse y a proponer normas que son tan válidas como las nuestras; por lo que debemos establecer esos límites en consenso.

Es necesario que para poner límites sin hacer daño debemos permitir que nuestros niños expresen sus opiniones, todo bajo el marco del respeto y aunque no coincidan con las nuestras debemos ponerle atención para saber por dónde y cómo actuar; recordando siempre que nuestros pequeños aprenden de lo que ven que hacemos no de lo que decimos; por ello es relevante explicarles que todas las personas son valiosas por lo que merecemos amor y respeto; además es importante que aprendan desde pequeños que aunque se quiera mucho a alguien no tenemos por qué estar de acuerdo siempre con su proceder; con ello los orientamos hacia su defensa; decir NO cuando no quiere, cuando siente que invaden su intimidad; a decir HASTA AQUÍ si cree que las cosas se salen de control, todo ello sin sentir culpa alguna.
Es así, que establecer las normas debe ir en torno al mejor interés del crecimiento sano y con valores de nuestros niños y la entre las formas más eficaz de hacerlas podemos mencionar: Que las órdenes sean concretas, sin opciones, muy firmes, manteniendo un tono de voz adecuado, sin violencia pero bien especificado para que no haya confusiones, no hay necesidad de acudir a golpes, gritos y alteraciones; con hablar claro, con responsabilidad, resaltando siempre lo positivo, manteniendo ante todo la calma; estos se irán identificando con lo que se desea y luego que quede establecida, será cumplida.
Orientar a nuestros niños para la vida, con disciplina y constancia para que al convertirse en jóvenes y luego en adultos tengan conciencia que deben cumplir con sus deberes, respetando ante todo los límites es una gran responsabilidad porque existen consecuencias por incumplir; es necesario y urgente para las nuevas generaciones a fin de rescatar valores que se han adormecido.
