Para nuestro última planificación que hicimos tomar en cuenta el diagnóstico donde los niños expresaban por la comida sobre todo por el pescado así que no dudé en crear un proyecto llamado un mini chévere descubre la gastronomía típica del estado sucre llevando a cabo diversas actividades y basándome en estrategias para que los niños aprendan un poco más de la gastronomía oriental, de esta manera llegó en momentos de realizar el cierre de proyecto y luego de establecer los temas que iban a exponer cada uno los niños se creó una temática de mini chef y otros niños participaron en un baile cultural y folclórico como el Carité y la lancha de Nueva Esparta.

Primero se presentaron todos los niños que realizaron diversas exposiciones como la cachapa y su preparación, el cuajado de pepitona, platos típicos, dulcería creo ya como el arroz con coco, el dulce de mango, también jugos y bebidas tradicionales y mucho más, luego de todo esto llegó la hora de llevar a cabo este gran baile el cual tuvimos varias semanas preparándonos para que todos los niños presentarán su rol de manera extraordinaria, los niños se destacaron en cada una de sus posiciones y el baile estuvo fantástico los padres disfrutaron tomaron fotos videos y les encantó este cierre de proyecto.

After all this, it was time to carry out this great dance which we had been preparing for several weeks so that all the children could present their role in an extraordinary way. The children stood out in each of their positions and the dance was fantastic. The parents enjoyed taking photos and videos and loved this closing of the project.
Una manera de resaltar la cultura gastronómica de nuestro Estado Sucre para impulsar el aprendizaje de nuestros niños con amor y actividades prácticas que promueva su identidad y lleven de generación en generación esas recetas que prepara mamá, abuela y demás familiares, además de esto se degustó una muestra gastronómica que trajeron los niños que presentaron diferentes exposiciones brindando a todos los participantes un toque de sabor a través de una muestra gastronómica de cada una de las presentaciones realizadas por los niños.
