Whats up hivers???
I hope everyone did well today ,I am so happy that finally mr sun shines brightly today after a rainy days.
Finally our muddy path way will get dry coz its really a struggle for us.
Doing our responsiblity as a parent to our kids(a public school student)
Last week ,my son's teacher told us about the "tagbo",anyway ,tagbo is a bisaya word means a community service. But due to rainy days ,it was postponed twice and today since the sun shines brightly ,the school head announce that and asked all the parents of the student to attend and joined the tagbo.
So today ,January 16 at 8 am is the schedule of the tagbo ,we were going to clean the school ground. This is really what most parents doesnt like on being having a student in a public school coz the school does'nt have a maintainance for it and we parents are responsible on doing it and its okay for me since our kids are free on thier studies in public school.
I went to the school and bring a bolo for cleaning ,anywayy son does'nt have classes today because their teacher is having a practice for a dance presentation on the coming town fiesta .
The last time I did'nt joined and I only paid someone to joined the tagbo and its was my brother inlaw but today since I don'nt have money to pay someone I need to joined the said tagbo.
I remember when I was an elementary student my mother was always the one who take this responsibilty coz my father is busy working at rice field.
My husband had a work today so I don't have choice but to attend and left my kids to my mom in-law.
Honestly ,I can't take working under the heat of the sun but I need to do it for my son.
We started cleaning around 8am and finish around 11am but sad to say that only a few parents are joining on this tagbo.
The school head explained us that if only the money for the school came they were going to pay someone who operated a grass cutter na dsince it doesn't come yet and the grass are older tall ,they are asking us the parents to cleaned it.
As a parents of a public student ,we are responsible on attending meeting and tagbo since our kids are free on their studies unlike in a private school that they may not having this tagbo but they pay a lot for the school expenses.
And that would be all for now ,thanks for reading and have a great day !
Love,
