August has come with the best excitement for my daughter Sofia, who marked a milestone in her sporting life. On the 3rd of this month she just turned one year old training with the Águilas de Fuego basketball school. She has liked to play sports from an early age, she played soccer since she was 8 years old and last year she decided to start practicing basketball, an activity that she started with the best desire from the first moment she began training.
What started as an opportunity to try something new, has become her passion, always disciplined, constant and dedicated in each training, which has allowed her to progress and grow in this discipline. As a mother I have had the opportunity to accompany her in her training sessions, friendly games and championships with other schools, which has allowed me to be part of this progress. Seeing her up close and living her experience in every step she decides to take, fills me with great pride that she has this privilege.
The school Aguila de Fuego, is characterized for being a school with high standards in their training, from there have flourished great athletes who have represented not only our municipality, state and country, its president and coaches, are well regarded by the Basketball Federation, since they have earned with great care and effort. Although the trainings are very demanding, Sofia is going to take it with the best attitude, since she has learned to develop herself on the court, to work as a team, to have confidence in herself. Now, during the vacations, training sessions are in both shifts, and we do our best to take her. I'm still afraid to let her go alone to training sessions at the Raimundo Yant gym, even though she thinks she's too old to do it, I prefer to keep accompanying her.
This year at Aguilas de Fuego she has gained the trust of her coaches and her teammates, which I see as a positive thing for her. Seeing her talk, even play with all of them outside of practice, I know that they have built bonds of sisterhood, are what has allowed her to be herself. As long as I can, I will continue to accompany her to her practices and every game she has, I like to see her play, especially when she scores touchdowns. I know it has been a year of a lot of effort, dedication, discipline, a lot of desire, but every experience is worth it. As long as she is happy, we, her family, will be happy too and we will accompany her in everything. I am grateful to all her teammates and coaches for giving all their support to my daughter Sofia. I only wish that she continues with that sporting spirit and achieving every goal she sets for herself. Inviting all of you also to support your children in leaves in all their aspirations, at least give her the opportunity to try. Sofía marca un hito en la disciplina de baloncesto: Un año lleno de disciplina y optimismo
Hola, comunidad hermosa de @motherhood, feliz, bendecido día para ustedes 🙏🏻.
Agosto ha llegado con la mejor emoción para mi hija Sofía, que marcó un hito en su vida deportiva. El 3 de este mes recién cumplió un año entrenando junto a la escuela de baloncesto Águilas de Fuego. Ella desde temprana edad le ha gustado hacer deporte, tuvo desde los 8 años en fútbol de campo y el año pasado decidió iniciar a practicar baloncesto, actividad que inició con las mejores ganas desde el primer momento en que comenzó a entrenar.
Lo que inició como una oportunidad para probar algo nuevo, se ha convertido en su pasión, siempre disciplinada, constante y dedicada en cada entrenamiento, que le han permitido ir progresando y creciendo en esta disciplina. Como madre he tenido la oportunidad de acompañarla en sus entrenamientos, juegos amistosos y en campeonatos con otras escuelas, lo que me ha permitido ser parte de este avance. Verla de cerca y vivir su experiencia en cada paso que decida dar, me llena de mucho orgullo que tenga este privilegio.
La escuela Águila de Fuego, se caracteriza por ser una escuela con grandes estándares en sus entrenamientos, de allí han florecido grandes atletas que han representado no solo a nuestro municipio, estado y país, su presidente y entrenadores, son bien estimados por la Federación de Baloncesto, puesto que se han ganado con mucho esmero y esfuerzos. Aunque los entrenamientos son muy exigentes, Sofía lo va a llevando con la mejor actitud, ya que ha aprendido a desenvolverse dentro de la cancha, a trabajar en equipo, a tener confianza en ella misma. Ahora en vacaciones los entrenamientos son en ambos turnos, hacemos lo posible para llevarla. Todavía me da temor dejarla irse sola a los entrenamientos en el gimnasio Raimundo Yant, aunque ella se cree que está grande para hacerlo, prefiero seguir acompañándola.
Este año dentro de Águilas de Fuego ha ganado la confianza de sus entrenadores y de sus compañeras y compañeros, cosa que veo positiva para ella. Verla conversar, hasta jugar con todos ellos fuera de práctica, sé que han construido lazos de hermandad, son lo que le ha permitido ser ella misma. Mientras pueda, la seguiré acompañando a sus entrenamientos y cada juego que tenga, me gusta verla jugar, más cuando hace anotaciones. Sé que ha sido un año de muchos esfuerzos, dedicación, disciplina, muchas ganas, pero cada experiencia vale la pena. Mientras ella esté feliz, nosotros su familia también lo estaremos y acompañaremos en todo. Agradecida de todos sus compañeros y entrenadores por brindarle todo su apoyo a mi hija Sofía. Solo deseo que siga con ese espíritu deportivo y logrando cada meta que se proponga. Invitándolo a todos ustedes también para que apoyen a sus hijos en hojas en todas sus aspiraciones, por lo menos démosle la oportunidad de intentarlo.
