My daughter has a cookie and cupcake project which has turned out to be a blessing and these days her mother went out with her to offer it here in the area and to everyone's surprise there was a merchant who sells cakes and she was impressed to see my daughter with that talent and with that desire for entrepreneurship and she gave her a tray of chicken cakes.
So I prepared them the next day in the oven, adding a touch of butter and leaving it for half an hour. They were exquisite. My children were so happy. There were 10 cakes, of which I distributed three to each one and I ate the other. I also took advantage of making a recording today before cooking lunch.
I prepared Chinese-style rice with bananas for them and they were happier because they like it a lot, however I don't do it all the time since it requires Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and for health reasons we have eliminated all things that have a high sodium content and among them are Suis sauce and Worcestershire sauce, which are products that can inflame the bronchi if consumed so much.
Since I had so much to do, I had the help of my friend Cristian who supported me in the kitchen since my wife was busy helping my daughter with her cookies and muffins since they have been ordering her more constantly and that is a blessing.
Mi hija tiene un proyecto de galletas y ponquecitos la cual le ha salido como una bendición y en estos días su mamá salió con ella a ofrecerlo por aquí por la zona y para sorpresa de todos hubo un comerciante que vende pasteles y le impresionó ver a mi hija con ese talento y con ese deseo de emprendimiento y le regaló una bandeja de pastelitos de pollo.
Así que se los preparé al día siguiente en el horno montándoles un toquecito de mantequilla y dejándolo por media hora quedaron exquisitos mis hijos estaban tan contentos fueron 10 pasteles de los cuales les repartir tres a cada uno y el otro me lo comí yo. Además aproveché de hacer una grabación el día de hoy antes de cocinar el almuerzo.
Les preparé un arroz al estilo chino con plátanos y más contentos se pusieron porque les gusta mucho sin embargo no lo hago todo el tiempo ya que requiere de salsa inglesa y de soya y por salud nos hemos eliminado todas las cosas que tengan alto contenido de sodio y entre ellas están la salsa de suya y la salsa inglesa que son productos que de tanto consumirlo pueden inflamar los bronquios.
Como tenía tanto que hacer conté con la ayuda de mi amigo Cristian quien me apoyó en la cocina ya que mi esposa estaba ocupada ayudando a mi hija con sus galletas y sus ponquecitos ya que le han estado haciendo pedidos más constante y eso es una bendición.
