Volver a la rutina escolar / Año 2025
Hola Hola
Mañana toca volver a la rutina escolar, volver a despertarse temprano y volver a la rutina escolar. La rutina laboral es la semana que viene.
Hoy toca ponerse al día con el uniforme, bolso de colegio y horario para dormir, aunque hoy nos volvimos a parar tarde, pero es sabroso, ya para al semana que viene estamos adaptados, espero.
Nos gusta dormir mucho a César y a mí, pero es increíble que nos decidimos a dormir como nos gusta son los últimos días de vacaciones y es cuando más nos cuesta despertar temprano.
Sin embargo, como ya he mencionado, este año escolar decidí como mama y con ayuda de la psicóloga que no íbamos a decaer emocionalmente e íbamos a ser responsables con el horario y los días completos en la semana de clases.
Igual yo tengo que cumplir un horario y tengo responsabilidades en la oficina las cuales debo estar temprano siempre disponible. A mi me encanta quedarme en casa en pijama trabajando, la verdad. Creo que lo que mas me afecta es vestirme en la mañana.
César por su parte es niño y siempre le cuesta despertarse, aunque se despierte temprano, creo que a todos los niños.
Gracias a Dios mi hijo tiene una madurez prematura que me impresiona, pero creo que se debe a mi manera de tratarlo y hablarle. En estos días le dije algo de su papá que luego me arrepentí, luego hablé con él y me entendió.
Este año, me toca a mi como mamá ir al psicólogo, pero como adulto, no como niño, me encantaría que fuese ya, pero por motivos personales, no puedo. Debo comenzar a caminar, a lo mejor mañana me activo con eso también. Vamos a ver.
La ansiedad que cargo no se me va a quitar con solo meditar y respirar, se debe tomar conciencia deportiva que es lo más ayuda, así no afecta en la casa y estamos más estables. También dar ejemplo de salud alimenticia y saludable. Veremos cuánto tiempo nos toma adaptarnos y cumplir.
Este año, decidí que hay que crecer como madre en otros aspectos, ya superamos ciertas barreras, ahora hay que hacer algo más. Por la parte emocional, estamos en una estabilidad aceptable, aunque la ansiedad es mi mejor amiga en este momento, pretendo sacarla de mi vida de alguna manera.
Ya comenzamos a escribir, y eso es importante. Quizás siempre leen de mi quejándome, pero es mi manera de drenar, no mi contenido alegre. Mi contenido alegre se lo dejo a mi hijo día a día y que disfrute de mi sonrisa.
A veces, siento que nadie me lee, pero mejor así, pero si eres alguien me que está leyendo y te sientes identificada, te cuento que no estás sola. Aquí estamos muchas pasando por situaciones que a muchos les afecta y no lo hablan por miedo a que alguien lea que son débiles.
Estamos para escucharnos y leernos.

Back to school routine / Year 2025

Tomorrow it's time to go back to the school routine, wake up early again and go back to the school routine. The work routine is next week.
Today it's time to catch up on the uniform, school bag and bedtime, although today we got up late again, but it's nice, we'll be adapted by next week, I hope.
Cesar and I like to sleep a lot, but it's incredible that we decided to sleep the way we like during the last days of vacation and it's when it's hardest for us to wake up early.
However, as I've already mentioned, this school year I decided as a mother and with the help of the psychologist that we weren't going to get emotionally down and we were going to be responsible with the schedule and the full days in the school week.
I also have to keep a schedule and I have responsibilities at the office for which I must always be available early. I love staying at home in my pajamas working, honestly. I think what affects me the most is getting dressed in the morning.
Cesar, on the other hand, is a child and always has a hard time waking up, even if he wakes up early, I think all children do.
Thank God my son has a premature maturity that impresses me, but I think it is due to my way of treating him and speaking to him. These days I told him something about his father that I later regretted, then I spoke to him and he understood me.
This year, it is my turn as a mother to go to the psychologist, but as an adult, not as a child, I would love to go now, but for personal reasons, I can't. I have to start walking, maybe tomorrow I'll get active with that too. Let's see.
The anxiety I carry is not going to go away just by meditating and breathing, we must become aware of sports, which is what helps the most, so it doesn't affect the house and we are more stable. We must also set an example of healthy eating and health. We will see how long it takes us to adapt and comply.
This year, I decided that we have to grow as a mother in other aspects, we have already overcome certain barriers, now we have to do something more. On the emotional side, we are in an acceptable stability, although anxiety is my best friend at the moment, I intend to get it out of my life somehow.
We have already started to write, and that is important. Maybe they always read me complaining, but it is my way of draining, not my happy content. I leave my happy content to my son day by day and let him enjoy my smile.
Sometimes I feel like no one reads me, but it's better that way. But if you're someone who's reading me and you feel identified, I'll tell you that you're not alone. There are many of us here going through situations that affect many people and they don't talk about it for fear that someone will read that they're weak.
We're here to listen to each other and read each other.
