My best friend's trip that he's been talking about for years
My best friend informed me yesterday that he had arrived from a trip to America and Canada where he was visiting his aunt.
He sent me pictures, of course, showing all the places he visited and said it was incredible. I am very sorry that I couldn't go with him because I think it might have been my only chance, as it's a bit too expensive for me. He had an extra ticket to Canada because his best man had a motorcycle accident, broke his arm, ribs, and had a fractured knee, so he couldn't go, but I couldn't get enough time off work.
He stayed with his aunt in Canada for three weeks and then went on a trip with his aunt's son, which he was supposed to do with his best man, but unfortunately, things turned out the way they did.
First, he went to New York for two days, from there they went to Los Angeles for two days, and then two days in Las Vegas. He rented a car, so they also visited the Grand Canyon, and he said it was truly unforgettable, which I believe.
I hope that one day, if God wills, I will also manage to go at least to Los Angeles or Las Vegas because I see these places on TV and in movies, and they look really fascinating, but seeing them in reality, I think, would be a much greater experience.
