How do I do greef and sadness?
That was she question I got asked today, probably about the school situation I talked about yesterday. If you didn’t read the
blog ( yet ) there has been a case of abuse in school online, to say it in kind way.

So how do I do greef ,and how do I do sadness or dissapointment? Well that’s a great question and a very difficult answer. First I get a total panic mode in silence in my head. I have the baddest scenario and a panic attack for a few minutes and than go blank. After the blank minutes I go in a survival-takecare of it mode. That modus is my safety. I try to ask myself how can I , and how do I solve or resolve the situation. Where do I get the best result to live with. Because with every situation , there are many solutions but the one or the other is maybe not the best one for me or my family. Maybe that’s calculated but needed if I am honest. I cannot do a thing that is a must when it’s not in my hart. So the answer is ; what is good for me now and do-able?
In The school situation, the protector mum mode but also the wife mode and friend mode is on. The fact that fear was near and fear is even possible in this way was a huge threat. I hated the feeling and the fact that not all will be resolved soon and that a new threat is already possible there is why this mode is on for a period.
Also I listen to reason and others, but try to stay focussed on what is good for me. I am not a loner but I am the one that is not afraid to be the only one to do something else than the 10 other people in the group. If it feels good do it, was what my mum always said when I grew op. The hurt of others is the hurt you feel or can feel aswell.
Life doesn’t have a guide book to read when you are in a particular situation. And I think that is best because why would you want to be like others, you want to be you and authentic in your reactions.
So feel the decision, feel the way that is best walked in bad and sad situations. Last is time, time is of the essence. If I take decisions like I buy a bread I would not feel good enough. So what it comes down to in this particular situation, is I cried, let the chaos in my head flow, and I even cried and slept only 4 hours, but now here behind my screen, I can tell that I will make sure that I stay calm for the kids, and at the same time strengthen the support group of mothers that can keep Andy on the apps and sites that the kids use, and leave eachother messages in our parent group and try to stay onto-. The sad thing is that kids have been exposed, have done things they didn’t have to or want to and that they are a an illlusion poorer. Or maybe I have to say they learned a lesson they didn’t want to ( yet ) with the war going on and all the bad , negative things on the news this is a trying time for parents and the job of parenting. I know that this is life and that the library of my life can not always be the best and nicest so another page added to the book of Britt.
If you made it till this part of todays blog , thanks the fact that people somewhere around the world read what I experience and try to put into words like a true blogger, or writer is comforting and super nice. For the three downvotes I got from three accounts on the blog from yesterday, I just don’t get it. This is very serious and something you wouldn’t want to wish on anyones family. Child porn is or extortion of this kaliber is bad, and needs to get punished in the biggest way possible, the fact that this happened here in the sacred surroundings of a school, the school where my kids are in, was the reason to vent. Even ( I thank god for that ) if my own were not effected the girls that are , are friends and aquintances of us, and that is just as bad.
I will try to make this a learning moment and self improve , that when the situation turns bad I will know what to do.

Entonces, ¿cómo hago greef, y cómo hago la tristeza o la decepción? Bueno, esa es una gran pregunta y una respuesta muy difícil. Primero tengo un modo de pánico total en silencio en mi cabeza. Tengo el peor escenario y un ataque de pánico durante unos minutos y luego me quedo en blanco. Después de los minutos en blanco entro en un modo de supervivencia-cuídalo. Ese modus es mi seguridad. Intento preguntarme cómo puedo, y cómo soluciono o resuelvo la situación. ¿Dónde obtengo el mejor resultado para vivir? Porque con cada situación, hay muchas soluciones, pero una u otra tal vez no sea la mejor para mí o mi familia. Tal vez eso esté calculado pero sea necesario si soy honesto. No puedo hacer algo que es obligatorio cuando no está en mi corazón. Así que la respuesta es; ¿Qué es bueno para mí ahora y factible?
En la situación de la escuela, el modo de madre protectora pero también el modo de esposa y el modo de amigo están activados. El hecho de que el miedo estuviera cerca y que el miedo fuera incluso posible de esta manera era una gran amenaza. Odiaba la sensación y el hecho de que no todo se resolverá pronto y que ya es posible una nueva amenaza, es por eso que este modo está activado por un período.
También escucho la razón y los demás, pero trato de mantenerme enfocado en lo que es bueno para mí. No soy un solitario, pero soy el que no tiene miedo de ser el único que hace algo más que las otras 10 personas del grupo. Si se siente bien, hazlo, era lo que mi madre siempre decía cuando crecí op. El dolor de los demás es el dolor que sientes o puedes sentir también.
La vida no tiene una guía para leer cuando estás en una situación particular. Y creo que eso es lo mejor porque por qué querrías ser como los demás, quieres ser tú mismo y auténtico en tus reacciones.
Así que siente la decisión, siente el camino que mejor se anda en situaciones malas y tristes. Lo último es el tiempo, el tiempo es esencial. Si tomo decisiones como si compro un pan, no me sentiría lo suficientemente bien. Así que todo se reduce a esta situación particular, lloré, dejé fluir el caos en mi cabeza, e incluso lloré y dormí solo 4 horas, pero ahora aquí detrás de mi pantalla, puedo decir que me aseguraré de que mantén la calma por los niños y, al mismo tiempo, fortalece el grupo de apoyo de madres que pueden mantener a Andy en las aplicaciones y los sitios que usan los niños, y dejarse mensajes en nuestro grupo de padres y tratar de mantenerse al día. Lo triste es que los niños han estado expuestos, han hecho cosas que no tenían que hacer ni querían y que son una ilusión más pobres. O tal vez tengo que decir que aprendieron una lección que no querían (todavía) con la guerra en curso y todas las cosas malas y negativas en las noticias, este es un momento difícil para los padres y el trabajo de ser padres. Sé que así es la vida y que la biblioteca de mi vida no siempre puede ser la mejor y la más agradable, así que agregué otra página al libro de Britt.
Si llegaste hasta esta parte del blog de hoy, gracias por el hecho de que personas en algún lugar del mundo lean lo que experimento y traten de ponerlo en palabras como un verdadero blogger o escritor, es reconfortante y súper agradable. Para los tres votos negativos que obtuve de tres cuentas en el blog de ayer, simplemente no lo entiendo. Esto es muy serio y es algo que no querrías desear a la familia de nadie. La pornografía infantil es o la extorsión de este calibre es mala, y debe ser castigada de la mayor manera posible, el hecho de que esto sucediera aquí en el entorno sagrado de una escuela, la escuela donde están mis hijos, fue motivo de desahogo. Incluso (le doy gracias a Dios por eso) si las mías no fueran afectadas, las chicas que son, son amigas y hermanas nuestras, y eso es igual de malo.
