I know your waking up every day cannot just be about telling the world that you survive the the darkness of the night or the hurdles of the day before.
It cannot also be about the refreshing sleep you just had, or the rejuvenating energy to just jump into the stress of today.
Down deep in every man's heart is the desire to live, the desire for a life of significance.
We can all have that. All that is required is intentionality. And when I say intentionality, I don't mean having good intentions. What I mean is living each moment with the right intention.

When I wake up from bed each day, I make sure to remind myself that it's another opportunity to be better than I was, to try new ways of making things happen, to go out and give my best to what I can do best.
I know we're all familiar with motivational speakers telling us there's no such thing as failures. Well, I don't know your own thought on that, I for one have come in contact with what seemed like failure, and that feeling never goes well.
The decision to write on what has been like a burden to me for a long period now didn't come so easy. Even when I picked up my pen to write, I still had to deliberate on the most effective way to pass this message.
I know by now you're already debating this topic in your mind whether what you need is consistency or intensity. Well you're not alone 🙂 I also argue this with myself everyday. Yeah not until I learned to take a stand on the big question of why I really wanted this or why I wanted to commit myself to any endeavour I would venture into.

You know the truth is that life will always present us with options which are varied depending on the stand point from which we view situations and circumstances.
You have to understand that what you get out of life is almost entirely dependent on how far your eyes can see. 🤔 and by eyes I don't mean your physical eyes. I mean the eyes of your mind.
Most times we don't get across the so called obstacles of life because we don't see enough of what life is trying to show us.
While one person looks at a thing and sees negativities, another person is capitalizing on it as an available opportunity, or should I say the opportunities in that negativity.
So my biggest question for you today is how much can you see ?
What is the extent of your vision ?
Are you sure you're not losing sight of what you said you wanted ?
How much of yourself do you commit daily to getting better, to being the best version of yourself ?
Maybe what we all need is to set aside a time of the day to decide how we want to fuel this Vision and to decide how often we need to commit so we don't lose sight of the very thing we always dreamed about.
And when I talk about Vision I don't mean the end goal of life or the wholesome purpose of existence. All these are inclusive as well but I'm also referring to our daily targets, our daily goals, our daily pursuits, the short term goals and commitments. For it is this daily, routine commitments that add up to form our whole existence. Just as you know well that the best time to start the journey towards achieving your goals is now and the best day is today. So when you commit, make sure you show up !!!
Important tools for fueling your vision. Which do you need? Consistency or intensity 🤔
What intensity does for you.
- Intensity equals energy. It pushes you to do the most difficult things.
- You can thrive amidst difficulties with intensity.
- You get things done quickly and short term production is higher.
What consistency does for you.
- Keeps energy and production well above average.
- With consistency you master the act and working becomes so easy.
- You're always prepared for opportunities.

The conclusion of the whole matter.
Consistency and intensity are both important tools to achieving your goals. You need the both of them.
Although consistency is more important, sometimes you also need to be intense about what you want. If at any time you're to chose one, you should rather be consistent.
