Hace un buen tiempo vi la película animada que se ha convertido en el revuelo animado de este año y la verdad tuve tantas buenas impresiones que sabía que al momento de volver a hablar de series y películas en mi blog, tenía que ser con esta película. Estaba en la preadolescencia cuando Intensamente salió, recuerdo que la vi mucho tiempo después y se convirtió en una de mis películas favoritas, sin embargo, nunca pensé que habría una segunda parte.
Con Intensamente 2 tenemos a Railey saliendo de la escuela para entrar a la secundaria/educación media, por tanto, entra en la adolescencia, la cual es una étapa complicada y sus emociones Alegría, Tristeza, Temor, Desagrado y Furia ya no son suficientes para sus necesidades en la pubertad, es por ello que se recibe a Ansiedad, Envidia, Vergüenza, Aburrimiento y Nostalgia.
A good while ago I saw the animated movie that has become the animated hype of this year and the truth is that I had so many good impressions that I knew that when the time came to talk about series and movies in my blog, it had to be with this movie. I was in my pre-teen years when Intensely came out, I remember watching it a long time later and it became one of my favorite movies, however, I never thought there would be a sequel.
With Intensely 2 we have Railey leaving school to enter high school/middle school, therefore, he enters adolescence, which is a complicated stage and his emotions Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust and Rage are no longer enough for his puberty needs, that's why he gets Anxiety, Envy, Shame, Boredom and Homesickness.
En la trama Riley intentará adaptarse a un nuevo grupo en un campanmento de su deporte favorito, el hockey, por ende, este nuevo ambiente genera que Ansiedad quiera tomar el control de la situación sacando a las antiguas emociones de la zona de control. Desde este momento, las demás emociones estaran al mando de Ansiedad.
Mi incognita con esta película, es no saber si me gusta tanto por identificarme con la historia, con las nuevas emociones o porque de verdad es una buena historia. En cualquiera de estos dos escenarios, es imposible no conectar con la película, y a medida que va pasando la cinta, siento que nuevamente Alegría es el personaje por el que entendemos la curva de emociones en nuestra vida.
Siento que la formula en sí de la película es bastante parecida a lo que conocimos con la parte uno, asún así siento que en esta película, la magia es indiscutible y logra que durante más de una hora no te alejes de lo que transmite. Hay varios momentos mágicos de la película, y acá quizá haga un poco de spoilers, pero, realmente las frases mágicas de esta película las tuvo Alegría, entendiendo que incluso no puede estar feliz todo el tiempo.
In the plot Riley will try to adapt to a new group in a camp of his favorite sport, field hockey, therefore, this new environment generates that Ansiedad wants to take control of the situation by taking the old emotions out of the control zone. From this moment on, the other emotions will be in Ansiedad's control.
My question with this movie is not knowing if I like it so much because I identify with the story, the new emotions or because it is a really good story. In either of these two scenarios, it is impossible not to connect with the film, and as the film goes on, I feel that Alegria is once again the character through which we understand the curve of emotions in our lives.
I feel that the formula of the film itself is quite similar to what we knew with part one, yet I feel that in this film, the magic is unquestionable and manages to keep you for more than an hour from what it conveys. There are several magical moments in the movie, and here I might do a bit of spoilers, but, really the magical phrases in this movie were Alegria's, understanding that even she can't be happy all the time.
Dejando un poco de lado la trama, a nivel visual es bellísima, los detalles en esta entrega le suman bastante a la experiencia, en mi caso, la vi en una sala de cine no muy buena e igualmente me parecio espectacular. Debo decir que en el diseño de las nuevas emociones mi favorita es Envidia.
Siento que Pixar y Disney en general le han atinado con esta propuesta, y personalmente es de lo mejor que les he visto en el último año. Siento que todo funciono de maravilla, y realmente fue una película que acarició mi corazón.
Me identifique con Intensamente 2 de una manera casi que indescriptible, sentí muchas emociones al entender realmente cómo los cambios nos afectan de una maneta tan radical, que esta bien sentir que tu vida es una montaña de cosas que a veces no puedes controlar e incluso está bien sentir ansiedad algunas veces. El problema son los extremos, el problema es desbordarnos.
Realmente Intentamente 2 estará entre mis películas favoritas de este año y siento que todos deberíamos verla y más allá de eso, vivir la experiencia de sentirse identificado con una historia que si bien puede venderse para niños, pero de cierta forma creció junto a muchos de nosotros.
Leaving aside the plot, visually it is beautiful, the details in this installment add a lot to the experience, in my case, I saw it in a not very good movie theater and I still found it spectacular. I must say that in the design of the new emotions my favorite is Envy.
I feel that Pixar and Disney in general have hit the mark with this proposal, and personally it is one of the best I have seen in the last year. I feel that everything worked wonderfully, and it really was a movie that caressed my heart.
I identified with Intensamente 2 in an almost indescribable way, I felt many emotions to really understand how changes affect us in such a radical way, that it's okay to feel that your life is a mountain of things that sometimes you can't control and it's even okay to feel anxiety sometimes. The problem is the extremes, the problem is overflowing.
Sincerely 2 will truly be among my favorite movies of this year and I feel that we should all see it and beyond that, live the experience of feeling identified with a story that may be sold to children, but in a way it grew up with many of us.
