Hello Movielovers and Fans of the series. I usually share comments about various films because I am a lover of the seventh art, but this time I want to share a small analysis about my favorite series: Game of Thrones.

I do not want to stop in the technical or acting resources of the realization, or in the virtue of the entire complement;I mean: stage design, music, photography and the majestic work of casting.
Another point that I will obviate on this occasion will be the direction and production because I would like to focus on the history that supports the series, either from the literary saga of G R Martin, as the adaptation itself for the audiovisual script.
And of this whole story, which many classify as fantasy, because of some of their collateral narratives (giants, forest children, white walkers, three -eyed crow and dragons, among others) I would maintain the category but in a metaphorical function. Because all his figures are the unreal reflection of our close and continuous reality.But that will also be a topic for another occasion.
Today I want to focus on the design and psychological profile of each and every one of his characters: the foxy Lord Baelish, the evil Joefrey, the ruthless cleganes and many others
To start (and finish for today) I choose one of the agonized protagonists: the small and greatly cunning Tyrion Lannister.
This character maintains a constant evolution throughout the series. he begins by embodying a cynical and disgusting role. Dedicated to all kinds of pleasure and lacking from all due respect, but endowed with an acuteness that makes him essential for the plot.
Tyrion is the abomination of the family and although he is known rejected, he does not renounce the privileges of his lineage.In each of the narrative events, this character has a decisive weight for the development of the story. He appears behind all suspicion, behind any conspiracy, being guilty or ignored, empowered or abandoned.Even so, he manages to survive and stay in eminence, using his only and powerful weapon.A well -cultivated intellect.
He is the one who awakens the suspicion about the attack against Brandon Stark but ends up accused of the act.
He is the one who opens the eyes to Jhon Snow, even though he despised him.(All dwarves are bastards in their father's eyes)
He slapped Joefrey and rescued Lady Sansa.He led the Kingslanding defense and is then ignored.
He resigned from his caste as the only resource to survive.He killed his father, his lover and joined the enemies of his family, although he never stopped trying to save them despite their evil.
We might ask. Did Martin exaggerate, in Tyrion's physical attributes? Was his cunning the result of his genetic heritage or a result of his own weaknesses?
If he had been handsome as his brothers, would he have assumed the role he played in history?
It is here, from my perspective, where the success of the writer lies.Each defect, every suffering, every circumstances crossed by this character, builds him and supports it in each of the scenes in which he appears, to define and takes us connected both with the character and with the performance.

Hola movielovers y fans de las series. Yo acostumbro a compartir comentarios acerca de diversos filmes porque soy un amante del séptimo arte, pero esta vez quiero compartirles un pequeño análisis acerca de mi serie favorita: Juego de Tronos.
No quiero detenerme en los recursos técnicos ni actorales de la realización, ni en la virtud de todo el complemento; quiero decir: diseño de escenarios, la música, la fotografía y el majestuoso trabajo de casting.
Otro punto que obviaré en esta ocasión, será la dirección y la producción pues me gustaría enfocarme en la historia que sustenta la serie, ya sea desde la saga literaria de G R Martin, como la propia adaptación para el guión audiovisual.
Y de toda esta historia, que muchos clasifican como fantasía, a causa de algunas de sus narraciones colaterales (gigantes, niños del bosque, caminantes blancos, cuervo de tres ojos y dragones, entre otros) yo mantendría la categoría pero en una función metafórica. Pues todas sus figuras son el reflejo irreal de nuestra cercana y continua realidad.
Pero ese será también para otra ocasión.
Hoy quiero centrarme en el diseño y perfil psicológico de todos y cada uno de sus personajes: el taimado Lord Baelish, el malvado Joefrey, los despiadados Cleganes y otros tantos
Para empezar ( y terminar por hoy) escojo a uno de los protagónicos agónicos: El pequeño y grandemente astuto Tyrion Lannister.

Este personaje mantiene una constante evolución durante toda la serie. Comienza encarnando un rol cínico y repugnante. Entregado a todo tipo de placer y carente de todo respeto, pero dotado de una agudez que lo convierte en imprescindible para la trama.
Tyrion es la abominación de la familia y aunque se sabe rechazado, no renuncia a los privilegios de su linaje. En cada uno de los eventos narrativos, este personaje lleva un peso determinante para el desarrollo de la historia. Aparece detrás de toda sospecha, detrás de toda conspiración, siendo culpado o ignorado, empoderado o abandonado. Aún así, se las arregla para sobrevivir y mantenerse en eminencia, empleando su única y poderosa arma. Un intelecto bien cultivado.

El es quien despierta la sospecha acerca del atentado contra Brandon Stark pero termina acusado del acto.
El es quien abre los ojos a Jhon Snow, a pesar de que este lo despreciaba. ( todos los enanos son bastardos a los ojos de su padre)
El abofeteó a Joefrey y rescató a Lady Sansa. Lideró la defensa de Kingslanding para luego ser ignorado.
El renunció a su casta como único recurso para sobrevivir. Mató a su padre, a su amante y se unió a los enemigos de su familia, aunque nunca dejó de intentar salvarlos a pesar de la maldad de ellos.
Cabría preguntarse. Exageró Martin, en los atributos físicos de Tyrion? Era su astucia el resultado de su herencia genética o un resultado de sus debilidades?
Si hubiese sido apuesto como sus hermanos, hubiese asumido el rol que desempeñó en la historia?
Es aquí, desde mi perspectiva, donde radica el éxito del escritor. Cada defecto, cada sufrimiento, cada circunstancias atravesada por este personaje, lo construye y lo sustenta en cada una de las escenas en las que aparece, para definir y dejarnos conectados tanto con el personaje como con la actuación.
