On Saturday we went with my mom to my neighborhood movie theater to see the new Jurassic World Rebirth movie because since I knew that a new installment of my favorite dinosaur saga would be released, I already had the idea of going to see it and the closer the release date got, the more excited I was to go see it. I will always be a fan of this dinosaur saga and every time a new movie is released I feel like a little girl anxiously waiting to go see it on the big screen because the experience is very different from watching it on TV and although it received many negative reviews, they were not a reason to stop me and I must say that I do not regret having ignored them.

El sábado fuimos con mi mamá al cine de mi barrio a ver la nueva película de Jurassic World Rebirth porque desde que supe que estrenarían una nueva entrega de mi saga favorita de dinosaurios, ya tenía la idea de ir a verla y entre más se acercaba la fecha de estreno, más grande era mi emoción por ir a verla. Siempre seré fan de esta saga de dinosaurios y cada vez que se estrena una nueva película me siento como niña pequeña esperando ansiosa ir a verla en pantalla grande porque la experiencia es muy diferente a verla por TV y aunque recibió muchas críticas negativas, no fueron motivo para detenerme y debo decir que no me arrepiento de haberlas ignorado.

It had some small flaws in the script, but I liked it a lot, I felt like I was watching the first Jurassic Park movies where they go to an island far from civilization and you don't know when a dinosaur will appear and do its thing. I thought the performances were very good, the special effects too, although the T-Rex felt a little weird, I loved seeing other dinosaurs like the Mosasaurus and the Quetzalcoatlus with a little more involvement than in the previous Jurassic World movies, the suspense was also well maintained and they added some scenes and a touch of humor in some parts that I liked because they were not exaggerated nor did they abuse the comedy, it was balanced and that was nice to see, but now I want to go to the mutant dinosaurs that I liked the most.

Tuvo algunas pequeñas fallas en el guión, pero a mí me gustó mucho, me sentí como si estuviese viendo las primeras de Jurassic Park donde van a una isla alejada de la civilización y no sabes cuándo aparecerá un dinosaurio y hará de las suyas. Las actuaciones me parecieron muy buenas, los efectos especiales también, aunque al T-Rex lo sentí un poco raro, me encantó ver a otros dinosaurios como el Mosasaurio y el Quetzalcoatlus con un poco más de participación que en las películas previas de Jurassic World, el suspenso también se mantuvo bien y agregaron unas escenas y un toque de humor en algunas partes que me agradaron porque no fueron exageradas ni hicieron abuso de la comedia, estuvo balanceado y eso me agrado de ver, pero ahora quiero ir a los dinosaurios mutantes que más me gustaron.

First I will talk about the Mutadon, a kind of mix between Velociraptor and Pterodactyl whose design is terrifying and they were quite wild, but what scared me the most about them was their roar, I don't know if it was because I saw them in the cinema where the experience in terms of sound is very different, but their roars scared me almost like the first time I heard the Velociraptor in Jurassic Park, so the scene where these strange mutants appeared gave me some fear, not as much as in Jurassic Park because I guess as a child you get scared more than as an adult, but I was satisfied with their appearance and I guess it's one of those animals that you would never want to cross.

Primero hablare del Mutadon, una especie de mezcla entre Velociraptor con Pterodáctilo cuyo diseño es aterrador y eran bastante salvajes, pero lo que más miedo me dio de ellos fue su rugido, no sé si fue porque los vi en el cine donde la experiencia en cuanto a sonido es muy diferente, pero sus rugidos me asustaron casi como la primera vez que oí al Velociraptor en Jurassic Park, así que la escena en donde estos extraños mutantes aparecieron me dio algo de miedo, no tanto como en Jurassic Park porque supongo que uno de niño se asusta más que de adulto, pero quede conforme con su aparición y supongo que es de esos animales que no quisieras cruzarte nunca.

And now I will talk about my new favorite, the D-Rex, from the first time I saw it in the trailer I knew it would be one of my new favorite dinosaurs, although that poor ugly thing can no longer be considered a dinosaur, even so the one I was most anxious to see in action was this strange mutant attempt of a failed T-Rex. Again the roar was what scared me the most and its expression when it did it, its design is scary, imposing and with a lot of potential. My mom was scared too, although I loved it, I do not deny that his appearance was terrifying, but of course, this is just my opinion, others may have a different opinion, but I was also happy with this mutant and even a little sorry for him, I mean, imagine being an abomination product of human greed and then being discarded on an island without knowing where you belong, he needs a hug, I'm crazy, I know, but I will always prefer the weirdest of the movies.

Y ahora hablare de mi nuevo consentido, el D-Rex, desde la primera vez que lo vi en el tráiler supe que sería de mis nuevos dinosaurios favoritos, aunque esa pobre cosita fea ya ni se puede considerar un dinosaurio, aun así al que más ansiaba de ver en acción era a este extraño mutante intento de T-Rex fallido. Nuevamente el rugido fue lo que más me asusto y su expresión al hacerlo, su diseño da miedo, es imponente y con mucho potencial. A mi mamá le dio miedo también, aunque a mí me encanto, no niego que su aparición fue aterradora, pero claro, esta es solo mi opinión, otros podrán opinar diferente, pero quede conforme también con este mutante y hasta un poco de pena me dio, o sea, imaginen ser una abominación producto de la avaricia del ser humano y luego ser desechado en una isla sin saber a dónde perteneces, necesita un apapacho, estoy loca, lo sé, pero siempre tendré de preferencia a los más raritos de las películas.
