¡Hola amigos! Hoy me pasó por acá para traerles la reseña de un documental sobre tigres que vi el fin de semana pasado en la plataforma de Disney+ y que cuenta con la narración de Priyanka Chopra Jonas. La verdad es que hacÃa bastante que no veÃa uno de esta naturaleza y me pareció bueno para variar un poco de lo que suelo mirar. Bueno, empecemos.
Hello friends! Today I stopped by to bring you a review of a documentary about tigers that I saw last weekend on the Disney+ platform and which features narration by Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The truth is that it's been a while since I've seen one of this nature and I thought it was good for a change from what I usually watch. Well, let's get started.

Filmado en los bosques de la India donde es el hogar de estos legendarios felinos, conoceremos a Ambar, una joven tigresa de 3 años de edad que está criando a su primera camada de cachorros. Como madre primeriza y con 4 cachorros que dependen de ella hasta el año de vida para ser totalmente independientes tiene un largo trabajo que hacer, desde proporcionarse alimento suficiente para tener leche para darles de comer en sus primeros 3 meses de vida, hasta mostrarles su territorio, las leyes de la selva y, lo más importante, enseñarles a cazar su propio alimento. Además deberá mantenerlos alejados de los depredadores y otros tigres machos que podrÃan considerarlos como amenaza a su reinado.
Filmed in the forests of India where these legendary felines call home, we meet Ambar, a young 3-year-old tigress who is raising her first litter of cubs. As a new mother and with 4 cubs that depend on her until they are a year old to be fully independent, she has a long job to do, from providing enough food to have enough milk to feed them in their first 3 months of life, to showing them their territory, the laws of the jungle and, most importantly, teaching them to hunt their own food. You will also have to keep them away from predators and other male tigers that might consider them a threat to your reign.

Ver documentales sobre animales me remonta a mi infancia donde podÃa pasar horas mirando los programas de Animal Planet y otros tantos canales parecidos. Era muy fan de este tipo de programas y la verdad es que ahora lo sigo siendo, aunque no los veo tan seguidos como antes, pero cada tanto me encuentro con uno que llama mi atención como fue este caso.
Watching documentaries about animals takes me back to my childhood where I could spend hours watching Animal Planet and many other similar channels. I was a big fan of this kind of programs and the truth is that now I still am, although I don't watch them as often as I used to, but every now and then I come across one that catches my attention as in this case
Me pareció que estuvo bastante lindo, tiene una excelente narración que es algo fundamental en este tipo de documentales que haya una buena voz que nos cuente la historia, ya que los animales no hablan. Sentà como si me estuvieran contando un cuento, quedé cautivada por esta historia y amé a cada uno de estos tigres y otras especies que iban apareciendo. Además se las arreglaba para encontrar momentos donde transmitÃa humor, otros miedo, otros dolor y esperanza.
I thought it was quite nice, it has an excellent narration, which is essential in this type of documentary that there is a good voice to tell the story, since the animals do not speak. I felt as if I was being told a story, I was captivated by this story and I loved each of these tigers and other species that were appearing. It also managed to find moments where it conveyed humor, others fear, others pain and hope.

Siempre logra sorprenderme el instinto de los animales y cómo son sus reglas de vida según las distintas especies. Los tigres, a diferencia de otros felinos, son seres solitarios, solo tienen contacto con otros de su especie cuando crÃan cachorros o es el momento de aparearse. Un solo macho domina una gran extensión de bosque que puede estar habitado por otras hembras con las cuales se va a aparear, pero no puede haber otro macho en su territorio. Sus hijos deberán buscar sus propios lugares para dominar y tener familias cuando crezcan.
I am always amazed by the instinct of animals and their rules of life according to the different species. Tigers, unlike other felines, are solitary beings, they only have contact with others of their species when they raise cubs or when it is time to mate. A single male dominates a large area of forest that may be inhabited by other females with whom he will mate, but there cannot be another male in his territory. His offspring will have to find their own places to dominate and have families when they grow up.
Ambar la tuvo difÃcil porque además de ser primeriza, tuvo 4 cachorros que es como lo máximo que suelen tener los tigres y en ambientes tan hostiles es difÃcil que sobrevivan todos al final. Sin contar que el tigre con el que tuvo sus cachorros fue derrotado por otro macho y esto es peligroso para sus cachorros asà que trato de mantenerlos ocultos del nuevo tigre todo lo que pudo.
Ambar had a hard time because in addition to being a first timer, she had 4 cubs which is about the maximum that tigers usually have and in such hostile environments it is difficult for all of them to survive in the end. Not to mention that the tiger she had her cubs with was defeated by another male and this is dangerous for her cubs so she tried to keep them hidden from the new tiger as much as she could.

Me encantó ver a estás 4 bellezas, dos machos y 2 hembras, cada uno con su propia personalidad. Pude generar simpatÃa con una en particular porque sentà que tenÃa una personalidad parecida a la mÃa, más tÃmida y retraÃda que sus hermanos, más calmada y solitaria, pero esto se terminó convirtiendo en una fortaleza para ella. Mi pequeña Charm fue toda una guerrera 💕.
I loved seeing these 4 beauties, two males and 2 females, each with their own personality. I was able to generate sympathy with one in particular because I felt she had a personality similar to mine, more shy and withdrawn than her siblings, calmer and more solitary, but this ended up becoming a strength for her. My little Charm was quite the warrior 💕.
Como todo documental de la vida salvaje, tuvo sus momentos tristes, pero también sus momentos de humor. Ver esos tremendo paisajes y las tomas increÃbles que lograron es maravilloso. Me encanta ver la extensión de semejante territorio y conocer más sobre la vida en la naturaleza, sin hombres que intervengan. Además, como verán, aprendà muchas cosas sobre los tigres y que llevan una vida bastante solitaria, pero asà es su naturaleza y es hermoso respetarla y saber que se está haciendo lo posible para que esta especie continúe por mucho tiempo más en esta tierra.
Like all wildlife documentaries, it had its sad moments, but also its humorous moments. Seeing those tremendous landscapes and the incredible shots they achieved is wonderful. I love to see the extension of such a territory and learn more about life in nature, without humans intervening. Also, as you will see, I learned many things about tigers and that they lead a very solitary life, but that is their nature and it is beautiful to respect it and to know that they are doing their best to keep this species on this land for a long time to come.

Bueno amigos, hasta acá mi opinión. Si les gustan este tipo de documentales o quieren ver algo diferente, se los recomiendo un montón. A mà me mantuvo completamente atrapada.
