¡Hola amigos! El otro dÃa fui al cine con una amiga después de bastantes meses de no ir a uno y me encantó que la pelÃcula que elegimos ver haya sido Intensamente 2 y que el cine estuviera lleno de gente adulta más que de niños. Asà que hoy les quiero compartir mi reseña sobre esta pelÃcula que es para niños pero como adultos la podemos llegar a comprender mejor.
Hello friends! The other day I went to the movies with a friend after quite a few months of not going to one and I was delighted that the movie we chose to see was Inside Out 2 and that the theater was full of adult people more than kids. So today I want to share with you my review of this movie that is for kids but as adults we can understand it better.

Riley está entrando en la pubertad y ello conlleva nuevos cambios, adaptación y el aluvión de otras emociones que chocarán con las viejas y crearán un caos en su mente. La ansiedad se hace presente más fuerte que cualquier otra emoción y logra tomar el mando de la vida de Riley, lo que le ocasionará bastante conflictos a nivel personal. Ahora AlegrÃa y compañÃa deberán ayudar a la niña a sortear las dificultades y recordarse a sà misma que no tiene que ser perfecta, que todas sus emociones pueden aprender a convivir para crear un equilibrio.
Riley is entering puberty and this brings with it new changes, adaptation and the flood of other emotions that will collide with the old ones and create chaos in her mind. Anxiety becomes present stronger than any other emotion and manages to take over Riley's life, which will cause her quite a bit of conflict on a personal level. Now Alegria and company must help the girl to overcome the difficulties and remind herself that she doesn't have to be perfect, that all her emotions can learn to coexist in order to create a balance.

Recuerdo cuando vi la primera pelÃcula hace algunos años atrás y me habÃa parecido fascinante la manera de recrear para un público infantil (y para un adulto) lo que sucede con las emociones en nuestro interior. Es una manera bastante creativa de lidiar con estos "personajes" que a veces se hacen presente sin que uno los llame, pero como adultos aprendimos que hay un momento para todo, un momento donde es preciso sentir tristeza, temor, desagrado, furia y, por supuesto, alegrÃa.
I remember when I saw the first movie a few years ago and I had found fascinating the way to recreate for a child audience (and for an adult) what happens with the emotions inside us. It is quite a creative way to deal with these "characters" that sometimes make themselves present without being called upon, but as adults we learned that there is a time for everything, a time to feel sadness, fear, displeasure, anger and, of course, joy.
No es fácil lidiar con estas emociones y cuando creemos que las tenemos bajo control, que logramos su justo equilibrio, ¡boom! Aparecen nuevas. Todos sabemos lo que es llegar a la adolescencia, lo difÃcil que es lidiar con una nueva etapa en nuestras vidas y tener los sentimientos a flor de piel. A veces nos sentimos torpes, otras muy cool, aunque lo único que se quiere es encajar, tener un grupo de pertenencia y cuando eso se ve amenazado puede surgir el pánico.
It is not easy to deal with these emotions and when we think we have them under control, that we have achieved the right balance, boom! New ones appear. We all know what it's like to reach adolescence, how difficult it is to deal with a new stage in our lives and to have our feelings on the surface. Sometimes we feel awkward, sometimes very cool, although the only thing you want is to fit in, to have a group of belonging and when that is threatened panic can arise.

Acá entra nuestra querida Riley con sus nuevas emociones como la ansiedad, envidia, aburrimiento y vergüenza que le harán la vida un poco más problemática y desplazaran a las viejas emociones. Me pareció muy interesante como estuvo plasmado el concepto de reprimir emociones porque eso es lo que pasó cuando Ansiedad tomó el control de la mente de Riley, reprimió sus otras emociones. Algo parecido hizo AlegrÃa cuando desechó los recuerdos que le eran desagradables a la niña para protegerla de ellos sin darse cuenta que la estaba perjudicando. Al final esto se les vino en contra porque no se pueden reprimir las emociones ni intentar formar a una persona para que sea perfecta porque nadie lo es, todos tenemos nuestras luces y sombras.
Here enters our dear Riley with her new emotions such as anxiety, envy, boredom and shame that will make her life a little more problematic and displace the old emotions. I found it very interesting how the concept of repressing emotions was captured because that's what happened when Anxiety took control of Riley's mind, she repressed her other emotions. Something similar did Alegria when she dismissed the memories that were unpleasant to the girl to protect her from them without realizing that she was harming her. In the end this backfired on them because you can't repress emotions or try to shape a person to be perfect because no one is perfect, we all have our lights and shadows.
Me resultó una pelÃcula bastante significativa con varios mensajes que transmitir. Odie a Ansiedad, pero también me sentà identificada con lo que hacÃa y me reÃa, aunque me daba pesar sentirme identificada con ella porque todos los que padecemos o padecimos esto sabemos lo que es llevarla a cuesta y ver lo que hace con nuestra mente, como pone nuestra imaginación en nuestra contra y crea múltiples escenarios catastróficos con los que tenemos que lidiar antes de que ocurran (si es que ocurren) porque asà es tener ansiedad, tu mente vive adelantada en el tiempo. Sin embargo, AlegrÃa también me molestaba, ella está acostumbrada a tener el control de Riley y quiere que viva la mayor parte del tiempo en un estado feliz y no se puede, hay que dejarle espacio a las otras emociones. No podemos ser siempre felices.
I found it to be a very meaningful movie with several messages to convey. I hated Anxiety, but I also identified with what she was doing and laughed, although I was sorry to identify with her because all of us who suffer or have suffered from this know what it's like to take it to extremes and see what it does to our mind, how it turns our imagination against us and creates multiple catastrophic scenarios that we have to deal with before they happen (if they happen) because that's what having anxiety is like, your mind lives ahead of time. However, Joy also bothered me, she is used to being in control of Riley and wants him to live most of the time in a happy state and you can't, you have to leave room for the other emotions. We can't be happy all the time.

Mi emoción favorita como personaje es Tristeza, me resulta muy dulce y tiene temor de tocar algo que pueda llegar a arruinar con su tristeza, me provoca ganas de abrazarla. Y la emoción nueva que se ganó mi corazón en esta segunda entrega fue Vergüenza, qué cosa más linda, también me daban ganas de abrazarlo. Con esta emoción también me identifico bastante, es necesaria cada tanto para recordarnos de dónde venimos y lo que estamos aparentando ser para encajar.
My favorite emotion as a character is Sadness, I find her very sweet and she is afraid of touching something she can ruin with her sadness, it makes me want to hug her. And the new emotion that won my heart in this second installment was Shame, what a cute thing, it also made me want to hug him. With this emotion I also identify a lot, it is necessary every now and then to remind us of where we come from and what we are pretending to be to fit in.
Como verán, es una pelÃcula con varios temas para analizar, pero que sin dudas van a disfrutar. Los niños seguro se divierten mucho porque es graciosa y los adultos también, pero para nosotros hay más diálogos que quedarán resonando. Me gustó la pelÃcula pero, de todos modos, sentà que me habÃa gustado mucho más la primera, me resultó más emotiva que está segunda parte, aunque también me hizo emocionar al final.
As you will see, it is a film with several themes to analyze, but one that you will undoubtedly enjoy. Children will surely have a lot of fun because it is funny and adults too, but for us there are more dialogues that will resonate. I liked the movie but, anyway, I felt that I liked the first one much more, I found it more emotional than this second part, although it also made me emotional at the end.
