A few months ago the new Wonka movie was released, which after watching it I can see that it wants to give a kind of reboot to the franchise. Since although Johnny Depp's performance in the 2005 film was pretty good. This new Wonka movie wanted to explore a prequel or beginning of this character and the way he started his career as one of the most successful chocolate factories in the world.

Esta nueva película de Wonka quiso explorar una precuela o inicio de este personaje y la manera en que inició su carrera como una de las fábricas de chocolates más exitosas del mundo.
Pero al analizar las tres películas nos llega una pregunta a la mente y es: ¿Cuál de los tres fue el mejor Wonka? Si el Willy Wonka de Johnny Depp, el Willy Wonka Gene Wilder o el Willy Wonka de Timothée Chalamet. Claro obviamente aquí tomaremos en cuenta distintos factores basados en La opinión que yo personalmente tengo de este personaje Y aunque tengo que aclarar que no he leído la novela sí he visto las tres películas una infinidad de veces. Analicemos primero el Willy Wonka de Gene Wilder.

El chocolatero que protagoniza Gene Wilder, es muy diferente al de Johnny deep y Timothée Chalamet, ya quedaron que es un personaje muy carismático también tiene una personalidad un tanto oscura y misteriosa, cuando hace su aparición al momento de abrir las puertas de la fábrica de chocolate y recibir a los niños que ganaron el ticket dorado, actúa muy extraño primero como inválido luego eufórico y luego misterioso cuando les hace firmar un contrato para poder entrar, pero el resto de la película se va desenvolviendo como un personaje antipático y ajeno al dolor que sufren los niños que ganaron el ticket dorado. Incluso también juega con la mente de los visitantes, Pero al final luego de que Charlie pasa todas las pruebas este Willy Wonka muestra su verdadero lado, un hombre solitario con un propósito de vida que parece desvanecerse debido al paso de los años.
Este personaje es el más interesante de los tres, ya que pareciera que no lograras entender sus motivos al inicio de la película, ya que de cierta forma trata de disfrazarlos para que así pueda escoger al niño correcto con noble y puros objetivos, además como es una película al estilo musical pienso que tiene más escenas de canciones que las otras dos películas lo cual le da otro puntaje adicional. Ahora analicemos el Willy Wonka de Johnny Depp del 2005.

Pero la diferencia de este Willy Wonka del 2005 al Willy Wonka del 71 es la historia de fondo y que el Willy Wonka que interpreta Johnny Depp no está cantando canciones cada 5 minutos, de hecho tuve que ver un resumen de la película del 2005 para ver si cantaba y lo único que hace es bailar algunas canciones ya que en esta versión del 2005 los oompa loompa son los únicos que cantan y Willy Wonka sería algo así como un animador que presenta las canciones.
La historia de fondo de este Willy Wonka del 2005 se ve como tiene cierto rencor hacia su padre Y cómo trata de superarlo con la ayuda de Charly las lecciones que va aprendiendo a medida de que se van eliminando los niños que ganaron el ticket dorado. Finalmente Willy Wonka logra hacer las paces con su padre y le dona la fábrica a Charly dejando así un gran legado. Este Willy Wonka es bastante particular ya que se puede ver perfectamente lo que sufre alguien que quiere lograr el éxito a toda costa en la vida sin importar los sacrificios y luego cuando lo tiene todo ve cómo han pasado los años y ya no tiene las fuerzas ni energías para disfrutar lo que ha conseguido, y además se puede ver cómo lo invade la tristeza al ver que algún día morirá y no le quedará a nadie todo su legado. Ahora analicemos el Willy Wonka de Timothée Chalamet.

The personality of this Wonka of 2023, can be seen as someone somewhat hurt by the loss of his mother in addition to being an adventurous young man who wants to achieve success but without hurting anyone. Este Willy Wonka es totalmente diferente a los dos anteriores, ya que como mencioné al principio es una especie de precuela que cuenta la historia de cómo Wonka llegó a convertirse en el chocolatero más importante de su ciudad o del mundo entero. Nos podemos entrar en los desafíos que tuvo que superar y las alianzas que tuvo que entablar para lograr su éxito. Además algo que resalta de este personaje es que tratan de hacer fiel al Willy Wonka del 71 ya que hay bastantes similitudes en cuanto al personaje, la vestimenta y el modo de actuar.
Algo que destacó de este personaje de la película del 2023 es que es un Willy Wonka totalmente inexperto y hasta cierto modo ingenuo con las malas intenciones de las personas. Lo cual nos hace reconocer porque el Willy Wonka de la película del 71 o la que hizo Johnny Depp es tan antipático con las personas, ya que reconoce que hay personas muy mal intencionadas en el mundo. Otro aspecto interesante que el Willy Wonka de Timothée Chalamet imita a la perfección de la película del 71 es que el personaje canta a cada momento, Timothée Chalamet hace una interpretación casi perfecta de los números musicales y combinado con el cgi nos da un resultado bastante impresionante.
La personalidad de este Wonka del 2023, se puede ver como alguien un tanto dolido por la pérdida de su madre además de ser un joven aventurero que quiere lograr el éxito pero sin hacer daño a nadie. Además es bastante chistosa la manera en que logra ser la alianza con los oompa loompa y la historia detrás de la magia de su chocolate. Ya que al igual que la película del 71 la magia es lo que impulsa toda la fábrica y las motivaciones de Wonka, en cambio la película que hizo Johnny Depp se va más que todo a la ciencia.

Ahora para decidir cuál es el mejor huanca de estos tres hay que tomar en cuenta dos factores, número uno la generación que vio cada película Y número dos la intención de la misma. En mi caso Yo crecí viendo la película que protagonizó Johnny Depp, la vi tantas veces que hasta me sé los diálogos y las canciones de memoria, en cambio la película de Willy wonka del años 71 la he visto aproximadamente tres veces. Así que en cuanto a la generación que creció viendo cada película Yo pienso que el mejor personaje fue el de Johnny Depp.
Pero si ahora analizamos cuál es la intención con cada actor al darle vida al personaje pienso que el de Gene Wilder y Timothée Chalamet son los mejores ya que nos dan un significado más profundo del personaje. Por ejemplo el de Timothée Chalamet nos presenta un joven un tanto iluso pero con hambres de tener mucho éxito y el personaje de Gene Wilder nos presenta un wonka que entrado en años que ve como su legado puede desaparecer si no logra obtener un sucesor, así como ser un personaje muy astuto para evitar darle todo su trabajo de vida a manos incorrectas.
