Normally, I don't watch this kind of 'survival series/game series'. However, I watched 13 Beloved movie and 'Squid Game' web series last year because of the hype! Needless to say, I quite liked both. A year later, watching the Japanese thriller fiction web series Alice in Borderland on Netflix again reminded me of 13 Beloved and 'Squid Game'! Alice in the Borderland has two seasons, each with eight episodes. Average length of each episode is 45 to 50 minutes.
The web series based on the theme of 'saving life' for life has to be played and lived' is quite interesting, emotional, thrilling but at times some scenes have created emotional discomfort.
Those who like survival games or stories and those who are gamers will especially like the series. 'Kill or die!' An important theme of the series. But if you think only 'fighting type' series, you are wrong. There is friendship-love, brutal reality, tears and stories of hope and desire.
For those who don't like skirmishes and bloodshed, you need to watch skirmish-bloodshed-death in need of a good story to tell. Also has some 18+ scenes. Story plot is good, not slow paced. Almost 80% of each episode will keep you glued to the screen. The story is not very complicated, but it is not a simple story, it will be a little stressful.
The series is a good one to sit down and watch for a thrilling time. Some have tried to compare it to 'Squid Game' but I think the two series will have completely different atmospheres even though the main story type is the same.
