Hola amantes de las películas y series, un verdadero placer escribir a todos los hivers desde esta grandiosa comunidad de Movies & TV Shows. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una opinión muy personal sobre esta serie de Marvel la cual podemos disfrutar en Disney Plus, es una serie sobre dos vengadores que en las películas anteriores vimos como crecía un romance entre ellos, así como su nombre lo dice es sobre Wanda y Visión.
Sabemos el gran poder de marketing de Disney, es impresionante la publicidad generada en esta serie, prácticamente la veo en todos lados, incluso en medio de los partidos de futbol, esto hace que los espectadores vuelen a sus pantallas para ver esta serie, al ser nuestra primera continuación de todas las películas de Marvel en el 2021 genera una gran expectativa.
Esta serie se estrenó el 15 de enero, a pesar de que ya transcurrieron varios días, no había tenido la oportunidad de verla, confieso que soy fan de las películas de Marvel, puedo verlas una y otra vez sin aburrirme, es por esa razón que tenía un gran deseo de disfrutar de esta nueva serie de la fase cuatro de MCU.
Confieso que antes de verla me causaba bastante intriga saber en qué momento del tiempo del universo Marvel estaría esta serie, en primer momento pensé que era una serie cuya línea de tiempo seria anterior a la película Avenger Infinity War, sin embargo, no es este el caso, la línea de tiempo de esta serie la podemos encontrar en momentos posteriores a Avenger End Game, una verdadera sorpresa para mí, obviamente porque sabía que Visión había muerto en la batalla perdida contra Thanos en Infinity War, este aspecto me sorprendió bastante de esta nueva serie, sin embargo, con esta información podemos deducir que podria tener información valiosa o escenas claves para las siguientes películas o series de Marvel algo que la hace más atractiva desde mi punto de vista.
Como sabemos esta serie estrenará un capítulo semanal para un total de nueve episodios, al momento de escribir este post se han publicado 4, por esa razón existen muchos aspectos que no quedan claros en la trama y mucha información que los amantes de Marvel no tenemos para completar una reseña u opinión completa de esta serie, sin embargo, les comentaré mi percepción de esta serie hasta el episodio número 4, decidiendo posteriormente si realizar un post por capítulo o al final de la serie.

Los amantes de las películas de Marvel conocemos de algún modo como son sus escenas, llenas de acción y aventura, enlazados magistralmente con grandes efectos especiales, sin embargo, Wadavision le da una vuelta total a esta particularidad de las películas de Marvel, la verdad puedo decir que no es algo que los fan de los Vengadores estamos acostumbrados a ver en la pantalla, entregando una trama totalmente distinta en los primeros episodios.
Comenzamos esta serie a blanco y negro con una comedia de los años 50´s, esto ciertamente desconcierta al espectador y sobre todo al fan de la acción de los vengadores, en mi opinión es una aventura arriesgada lo que hace Disney en estos primeros episodios de WandaVision, sin embargo, este giro de comedia es realizado fantásticamente por Elizabeth Olsen y Paul Bettany, a pesar del desconcierto del tiempo, el lugar, la pregunta clave ¿Cómo llegaron allí? O ¿Qué está sucediendo? Es poco a poco menos importante al pasar los minutos debido a que la comedia es buena y emite una nostalgia de muchas comedias de hace muchos años atrás.
El primer episodio transcurre en los años 50´s es divertido ver a Wanda y Vision tratando de llevar una vida normal, tratando de encajar con sus vecinos y escondiendo sus súper poderes. La historia de este primer episodio nos muestra una cena especial para la pareja al invitar al jefe de Vision (si, visión trabaja), esta tarea se complica con la sorpresa para Wanda que esperaba una cena romántica para dos y no tenía previsto una velada tan importante para el trabajo de visión, muy entretenido sin duda.
El segundo capítulo siguiendo la misma trama de comedia pero ambientada en los años 60´s es también muy entretenido, recordando aquellas series en donde las parejas se metían en problemas muy graciosos. En el tercer episodio vemos el color por primera vez ya que es ambientado en los años 70, en esta oportunidad la pareja de superhéroes tienen la experiencia de ser padres.
Estos primeros 3 capítulos no salen de la comedia, a pesar de que es entretenido todavía existen muchas preguntas sin aclarar, sin embargo, comenzamos a salir de esta comedia clásica en el capítulo cuatro de la serie, donde podemos empezar a aclarar nuestras dudas o por lo menos unas pocas de tantas que entrelazan en estos primeros capítulos de la serie, comenzamos a ver un poco más la serie como a lo que nos tiene acostumbrado Marvel.
Cambiamos de rumbo y podemos saber la línea de tiempo de esta serie y algunas teorías sobre lo que está sucediendo, hasta ahora no está completamente claro, pero se intuye que es como una dimensión dentro de una especie de campo de energía, muy posiblemente controlado por Wanda debido a la terrible perdida de su compañero Vision, una de las pistas las entrega una oficial de la fuerza aérea que se adentra por accidente en esta especie de nueva dimensión, se logra infiltrar pero es sacada a la fuerza por Wanda, al salir de la barrera de energía argumenta “todo es controlado por Wanda”, sin embargo aún quedan muchas preguntas en el aire, sin duda no habíamos visto este tipo de poder en Wanda.
Homenaje a las Comedias Clásicas
Lo primero que sobresale de estos primeros episodio de Wandavision es su parecido en comedias del siglo pasado, comedias que marcaron una gran época de la televisión y que nuestros padres y abuelos disfrutaron, pero que aún siguen vigente en nuestros días, series recordadas con mucho cariño y que de vez en cuando pasan algunos capítulos de estas clásicas comedias.
Por mi parte estos primeros episodios me hacen recordar algunas series que he tenido la oportunidad de ver, siguiendo la misma trama que los primeros capítulos de WandaVision, son series que datan de los años 60´s, sin embargo. Hay características muy parecidas, la principal es que es una pareja que tratan de llevar una vida normal, sin embargo, en el caso de estas series la esposa posee súper poderes que tratan de ocultar a sus vecinos. Hechizada y Mi Bella Genio, tuve la oportunidad de ver estas series hace algunos años debido a que las televisaban en Nikelodeon cerca de la media noche, junto a otras grandes series de comedia, sin embargo, estas son las que en mi opinión se asemejan más a la trama de WandaVision en sus primeros capítulos, dando un gran homenaje a este tipo de serie de comedia.
Sinopsis de Hechizada: Darren, luego de casarse con Samantha descubre que su esposa es bruja, realizando magia para intentar resolver problemas cotidianos de una vida normal, estos problemas generados por la magia de Samantha son resueltos de manera natural, sin embargo, es muy divertido como en los episodios todo se le complica a la pareja debido a la magia de Samantha, intentando al mismo tiempo ocultar sus poderes de sus vecinos.
Samantha junto a Darrent tienen una hija que hereda los poderes de su madre, cuando esta bebé hace sus trucos mágicos también hace complicar las cosas para la pareja de una manera divertida y que también tratan de ocultar los poderes de la pequeña, intentando encajar en el círculo social típico de los 60´s.
Sinopsis de Mi Bella Genio: Anthony Nelson es un astronauta que debido a una complicación en una misión espacial llega a una isla en el pacifico y descubre una botella, al quitarle la tapa aparece Jeannie, una genio de más de 2000 años, Anthony se convierte en el amo de esta bella genio, posteriormente se enamoran y finalmente se casan, en estas aventuras Jeannie no sabe vivir como un humano común y corriente realizando magia para todo tipo de cosas, todo se complica de manera divertida en cada episodio para tratar de llevar una vida normal en pareja.
Mi Bella Genio es una serie que vino como respuesta a Hechizada, la cual tuvo un gran éxito desde su lanzamiento, estas series clásicas son recordadas con bastante nostalgia, WandaVision les da un merecido homenaje.
Algo que se puede notar en las 3 series es que la esposa es la poseedora de los poderes y los utiliza regularmente para salir de apuros, por supuesto Vision también posee poderes pero en la serie no los utiliza tanto como Wanda. Otra característica que me hizo recordar las series de los años 90´s es que Wanda antes de realizar magia hace un movimiento con sus manos, algo tipo de las series de los 60´s, recordemos como en Hechizada Samantha hace un movimiento bastante distintivo con su boca y mejillas, por otro lado Jeannie de mi bella genio realiza un movimiento cruzando sus brazos y moviendo su cabeza.
Este detalle lo copia Wanda al mover sus dedos de forma característica, se aprecia más en el episodio donde están realizando actos de magia en un evento con los vecinos.
Conclusión
WandaVision es una serie en donde los primeros episodios se salen de la trama clásica de los Vengadores, sin embargo, es entretenida, en lo particular no me esperaba este cambio pero sin dudas es entretenido ver estos episodios, debemos esperar a los nuevos episodios para poder hacer un análisis completo de la serie.
Opinión
En lo particular esperaba una serie llena de acción, a pesar de ser entretenida la comedia esperaba ver lo que nos tiene acostumbrados las películas de Marvel, sin embargo, a partir del episodio 4 notamos que llegaría esa acción tan esperada. En mi opinión hubiese preferido la típica trama de acción y súper poderes de Marvel pero como lo he mencionado la serie consta de 9 episodios y por los momentos se han lanzado 4 solamente, espero escribir de esta serie cuando tenga la oportunidad de ver los siguientes episodios hasta terminarla para realizar una opinión generalizada de la temporada.
Vale la pena destacar la actuación de Elizabeth Olsen y Paul Bettany, su trabajo y adaptación en la comedia es bastante bueno, realmente le dieron vida a estos episodios de comedia, haciendo recordad actuaciones memorables del siglo pasado.

Today I want to share with you a very personal opinion about this Marvel series which we can enjoy in Disney Plus, it is a series about two avengers that in the previous movies we saw how a romance grew between them, as the name says it is about Wanda and Vision.
We know the great marketing power of Disney, it is impressive the publicity generated in this series, I practically see it everywhere, even in the middle of soccer games, this makes viewers fly to their screens to watch this series, being our first continuation of all Marvel movies in 2021 generates great expectation.
This series premiered on January 15, even though several days have passed, I had not had the opportunity to watch it, I confess that I am a fan of Marvel movies, I can watch them over and over again without getting bored, it is for that reason that I had a great desire to enjoy this new series of phase four of the MCU.
I confess that previously I had not seen the Trailer and before watching it I was quite intrigued to know at what point in time of the Marvel universe would be this series, at first I thought it was a series whose timeline would be before the movie Avenger Infinity War, however, this is not the case, the timeline of this series can be found in moments after Avenger End Game, a real surprise for me, obviously because I knew that Vision had died in the battle lost against Thanos in Infinity War, this aspect surprised me quite a lot of this new series, however, with this information we can deduce that it could have valuable information or key scenes for the following Marvel movies or series something that makes it more attractive from my point of view.
As we know this series will release a weekly chapter for a total of nine episodes, at the time of writing this post 4 have been published, for that reason there are many aspects that are not clear in the plot and a lot of information that Marvel lovers do not have to complete a complete review or opinion of this series, however, I will tell you my perception of this series until episode number 4, deciding later whether to make a post per chapter or at the end of the series.

Marvel movie lovers know somehow how are their scenes, full of action and adventure, linked masterfully with great special effects, however, Wadavision gives a total twist to this particularity of Marvel movies, the truth I can say that it is not something that fans of the Avengers are used to seeing on the screen, delivering a totally different plot in the first episodes.
We start this series in black and white with a comedy of the 50's, this certainly baffles the viewer and especially the fan of the avengers action, in my opinion it is a risky venture what Disney does in these first episodes of WandaVision, however, this comedy twist is performed fantastically by Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, despite the bewilderment of the time, the place, the key question How did they get there? Or What's going on? It gradually becomes less and less important as the minutes pass because the comedy is good and emits a nostalgia for many comedies from many years ago.
The first episode takes place in the 50's it is fun to see Wanda and Vision trying to live a normal life, trying to fit in with their neighbors and hiding their super powers. The story of this first episode shows us a special dinner for the couple by inviting Vision's boss (yes, Vision works), this task is complicated by the surprise for Wanda who was expecting a romantic dinner for two and had not planned such an important evening for Vision's work, very entertaining no doubt.
The second chapter following the same comedy plot but set in the 60's is also very entertaining, remembering those series where couples got into very funny problems. In the third episode we see color for the first time as it is set in the 70's, this time the superhero couple have the experience of being parents.
These first 3 chapters do not leave the comedy, although it is entertaining there are still many unanswered questions, however, we begin to leave this classic comedy in chapter four of the series, where we can begin to clarify our doubts or at least a few of many that intertwine in these first chapters of the series, we begin to see a little more the series as we are accustomed to Marvel.
We change course and we can know the timeline of this series and some theories about what is happening, so far it is not completely clear, but it is intuited that it is like a dimension within a kind of energy field, quite possibly controlled by Wanda due to the terrible loss of her partner Vision, one of the clues is given by an air force officer who accidentally enters this kind of new dimension, she manages to infiltrate but is forcibly removed by Wanda, when leaving the energy barrier she argues "everything is controlled by Wanda", however there are still many questions in the air, certainly we had not seen this kind of power in Wanda.
Tribute to Classic Comedies
The first thing that stands out from these first episodes of Wandavision is its resemblance to comedies of the last century, comedies that marked a great era of television and that our parents and grandparents enjoyed, but that are still in force in our days, series remembered with great affection and that from time to time pass some chapters of these classic comedies.
For my part these first episodes make me remember some series that I have had the opportunity to see, following the same plot as the first chapters of WandaVision, they are series dating from the 60's, however. There are very similar characteristics, the main one is that it is a couple trying to lead a normal life, however, in the case of these series the wife has super powers that they try to hide from their neighbors. Bewitched and My Beautiful Genie, I had the opportunity to watch these series some years ago because they were televised on Nikelodeon near midnight, along with other great comedy series, however, these are the ones that in my opinion are more similar to the plot of WandaVision in its first chapters, giving a great tribute to this type of comedy series.
Synopsis of Bewitched: Darren, after marrying Samantha discovers that his wife is a witch, performing magic to try to solve everyday problems of a normal life, these problems generated by Samantha's magic are solved naturally, however, it is very funny how in the episodes everything is complicated for the couple due to Samantha's magic, trying at the same time to hide her powers from their neighbors.
Samantha together with Darrent have a daughter who inherits her mother's powers, when this baby does her magic tricks also makes things complicated for the couple in a funny way and they also try to hide the powers of the little girl, trying to fit in the typical social circle of the 60's.
Synopsis of Dream of Jeannie: Anthony Nelson is an astronaut who due to a complication in a space mission arrives to an island in the Pacific and discovers a bottle, when removing the lid appears Jeannie, a genie of more than 2000 years, Anthony becomes the master of this beautiful genie, later they fall in love and finally they get married, in these adventures Jeannie does not know how to live like an ordinary human performing magic for all kinds of things, everything is complicated in a funny way in each episode to try to lead a normal life as a couple.
Dream of Jeannie is a series that came as an answer to Bewitched, which had a great success since its release, these classic series are remembered with a lot of nostalgia, WandaVision gives them a deserved tribute.
Something that can be noticed in the 3 series is that the wife is the possessor of the powers and uses them regularly to get out of trouble, of course Vision also has powers but in the series does not use them as much as Wanda. Another feature that reminded me of the series of the 90's is that Wanda before performing magic makes a movement with her hands, something like the series of the 60's, remember how in Bewitched Samantha makes a very distinctive movement with her mouth and cheeks, on the other hand Jeannie of my beautiful genius makes a movement by crossing her arms and moving her head.
This detail is copied by Wanda when she moves her fingers in a characteristic way, it is more appreciated in the episode where they are performing magic acts in an event with the neighbors.
Conclusion
WandaVision is a series where the first episodes are out of the classic plot of the Avengers, however, it is entertaining, in particular I did not expect this change but it is certainly entertaining to watch these episodes, we must wait for the new episodes to be able to make a complete analysis of the series.
In particular I expected a series full of action, despite being entertaining comedy I expected to see what we are accustomed to Marvel movies, however, from episode 4 we noticed that the long-awaited action would arrive. In my opinion I would have preferred the typical Marvel action and super powers plot but as I mentioned the series consists of 9 episodes and for the moment only 4 have been released, I hope to write about this series when I have the opportunity to see the following episodes to finish it to make a generalized opinion of the season.
It is worth noting the performance of Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, their work and adaptation in the comedy is quite good, they really gave life to these comedy episodes, making memorable performances of the last century.
