Holaa hivers espero que se encuentren muy bien, el día de hoy vengo con la reseña de la película "No Limit" o "Sin Aliento" del 2022 dirigida por David M. Rosethal y que fue lanzada en la plataforma de Netflix.
Hello hivers I hope you are doing great, today I come with the review of the movie "No Limit" or "No Breath" from 2022 directed by David M. Rosethal and was released on the Netflix platform.
Todo comienza con la historia de Roxana Aubrey (Camille Rowe) una chica que abandona la universidad y se va al sur de Francia. Conoce a Tom (Cesar Domboy) un día por casualidad en la playa donde ella está pasando el rato en ese momento, intercambian un par de palabras y todo bien hasta allí.
It all starts with the story of Roxana Aubrey (Camille Rowe) a girl who drops out of college and goes to the south of France. She meets Tom (Cesar Domboy) one day by chance on the beach where she is hanging out at the time, they exchange a couple of words and all is well until then.
Pascal (Sofiane Zormani) es un reconocido buceador, El hombre con el récord del buceo a mar abierto con más profundidad. El es un hombre físicamente atractivo y no pasa desapercibido ante los ojos de Roxana. Claramente el se siente un "Don Juan" y no pierde el tiempo con ella. Tienen su primer encuentro íntimo muy casual en un baño y comienzan su relación amorosa.
Pascal (Sofiane Zormani) is a renowned diver, the man with the record for the deepest open sea dive. He is a physically attractive man and does not go unnoticed in Roxana's eyes. He clearly feels like a "Don Juan" and does not waste time with her. They have their first very casual intimate encounter in a bathroom and begin their love affair.
Ambos tienen pasados oscuros, Pascal fue abandonado por su padre que era un hombre abusivo y golpeaba constantemente a su madre, quien también lo abandonó luego de caer en el alcohol y lo deja a cargo de su tío, el hombre que le enseña todo lo que sabe sobre bucear y el mar.
Both have dark pasts, Pascal was abandoned by his father who was an abusive man and constantly beat his mother, who also abandoned him after falling into alcohol and leaves him in the care of his uncle, the man who teaches him everything he knows about diving and the sea.
Por otra parte Roxana sufre el fallecimiento de su padre el cual se suicido cuando ella tan solo tenía doce años, dejándole ideas sobre sí misma y la muerte rodando en su mente.
On the other hand, Roxana suffers the death of her father who committed suicide when she was only twelve years old, leaving ideas about herself and death rolling around in her mind.
Pascal continúa compitiendo por su gran ambición por ser el mejor y el número uno en el mundo del buceo, pero tiene problemas de salud lo que le va dificultando su participación en los campeonatos.
Pascal continues to compete because of his great ambition to be the best and number one in the diving world, but he has health problems which is making it difficult for him to participate in the championships.
Poco a poco Roxana se va metiendo más en el mundo de Pascal y este la incita a que ella también empiece a participar en el buceo hasta llegar a competir en campeonatos logrando ser la primera mujer en conseguir el récord, lo que llena de rabia y envidia a Pascal por el reconocimiento que ella logra.
Little by little Roxana gets more and more involved in Pascal's world and he encourages her to also participate in diving until she competes in championships and becomes the first woman to achieve the record, which fills Pascal with rage and envy for the recognition she achieves.
Tom y Roxana tendrán un breve romance, debido a una infidelidad por parte de Pascal. Tom es un hombre muy amable y también atractivo, Roxana le dice en una oportunidad que tal vez ella se equivocó con Pascal y que hubiera sido mejor estar con el desde un principio.
Tom and Roxana will have a brief romance, due to an infidelity on Pascal's part. Tom is a very kind and attractive man, Roxana tells him that maybe she made a mistake with Pascal and that it would have been better to be with him from the beginning.
Está película está llena de drama y mucho suspenso, Pascal esta muy obsesionado con ser el mejor y no le importará hacer lo que sea con tal de mantenerse como un campeón.
El final no me lo esperaba, aunque hubieron muchas "red flags" durante la película que hacía muy obvio su final. Los invito a verla, tal vez se lleven una sorpresa.
This movie is full of drama and suspense, Pascal is obsessed with being the best and will not mind doing whatever it takes to remain a champion. didn't expect the ending, although there were a lot of red flags during the movie that made the ending very obvious. I invite you to watch it, you may be in for a surprise.
