Hello!! Hello!! This is my first time in this community. Even though I haven't shared any content, I've been closely following many reviews and opinions from other hiver's who love TV series and movies. I hope you don't come down too hard on me for being so late, lol.
To start, I want to let you know my opinion on the Kdrama: "The Taste of Us" directed by Park Dan-hee. This series, created in South Korea, premiered in May 2025 and is available on streaming services such as Netflix and MagisTV. It has 10 episodes. Motivated by its charming characters, the emotions that many of us have experienced at some point, and the drama set in a kitchen full of flavors that tell stories that will make you fall in love, that's what led me to this review.
The series is about how an arrogant man loses his bearings when he finds love in a bite of food. It all takes place in a small restaurant, which will mark a before and after in their lives. A chef opens the door to her heart to overcome her past.
Its main characters: Kang Ha-neul as (Han Beom-woo), a man who begins to show himself conceited, indolent, who comes to trust a stranger while discovering true love. Go Min-si who plays the role of (Mo Yeon-joo) or the chef, is a woman who suffers in silence for her past, she is quiet, she began to show defensiveness and as her role developed she gradually gave in, and thus showed herself to be kinder, more understanding, attentive, until she recognized the love she felt. ❤️.
Kim Shin-rok in the role of (Jin Myeong-sook) is a 40-year-old woman who doesn't He feels capable of achieving his dreams of becoming a chef. However, at the restaurant, Jungjae has the opportunity to show off his expertise, gaining confidence without losing his personality. For Yoo Su-bin, who bears the responsibility of being a chef (Shin Chun-seung), they added a touch of comedy to the Kdrama. This character went from being irresponsible to becoming an ally in the running of the chef's restaurant, even demonstrating his creative abilities.
Overall, the actors performed brilliantly. They got 10/10. They showed how familiar they were with their roles. Their naturalness, control, and mastery were evident, making each character connect.
The setting was basically set in a modest village restaurant, making the plot much more familiar, with faces from home. Of course, you can see a bit of the metropolis, the city, and its charming buildings. I really liked the scene where some monks lived, who were a fundamental part of Chef's past. It was a mystical place, connected to peace.
"El sabor de lo nuestro" is a romantic comedy that teaches us to value even more flavors, cultures and traditions, and the emotions that come from the heart. ❤️ influence everything we do, like in this case, food. It's my first Kdrama, but not the last. I got totally involved while watching the series, not only was I moved, I also laughed out loud at so many of its characters' occurrences. It's a story that may have its similarities with others, even so, there are many actions during the plot that catch you, that make you fall in love, that you can't stop watching it because it seems like you know it's going to happen, and it doesn't.
I really liked this series, even the characters' clothes were so real-life, I could see myself in them, although with this hot weather, I'd die after half an hour, hehe. I can't say what I didn't like because it doesn't exist. It's a series I recommend to all those who love comedy, drama without dying crying, plus romance as an impossible dream. A 10/10 in this genre, or rather in the style of "El sabor de lo nuestro," the highest score 🌟🌟🌟...

¡¡Hola!!¡¡Hola!! Me aparezco por primera vez en ésta comunidad que a pesar de que no habia compartido contenido, he seguido de cerca muchas reseñas y opiniones de otros hiver's que aman las series de TV y el cine. Espero que no sean tan duros conmigo por la tardanza, jejeje.
Lo cierto es que para iniciarme, quiero hacerles saber mi opinión sobre el Kdrama: "El sabor de lo nuestro" dirigida por Park Dan-hee. Ésta serie que fue creada en Corea del sur, se estreno el mes de mayo de éste 2025, y está disponible en pantallas de streaming como: Netflix, MagisTV, cuenta con 10 capítulos. Motivada por sus encantadores personajes, las emociones que a muchos nos ha tocado vivir alguna vez, el drama en medio de una cocina llena de sabores que cuentan historias que enamoran, eso me llevo a ésta reseña.
La serie trata de como un hombre arrogante, pierde la dirección de sus turbios intereses, cuando conoce el amor en un bocado de comida. Todo se desarrolla en un pequeño restaurante, que marcará una antes y un después en sus vidas. Una chef que abre la puerta de su corazón para superar su pasado.
Sus personajes principales: Kang Ha-neul como (Han Beom-woo), es un hombre que comienza a mostrarse engreido, indolente, que llega a confiar en una desconocida mientras conoce el amor verdadero. Go Min-si quien desempeña en el papel de (Mo Yeon-joo) o la chef, es una mujer que sufre en silencio por su pasado, es callada, comenzó a mostrarse a la defensiva y a medida que se desarrollaba su papel fue cediendo poco a poco, y así mostrarse más amable, comprensiva, atenta, hasta reconocer el amor que sentía ❤️.
Kim Shin-rok en el papel de (Jin Myeong-sook) es una mujer de 40 años que no se siente capaz de alcanzar sus sueños de ser chef, sin embargo en el restaurant Jungjae tiene la oportunidad de mostrar lo que sabe, ganando seguridad, sin perder las ocurrencias de su personalidad. Para Yoo Su-bin quien lleva la responsabilidad de ser (Shin Chun-seung), le dieron ese toque de comedia al Kdrama. Éste personaje pasó de ser irresponsable a ser aliado en el funcionamiento del restaurante de la chef, demostró incluso sus habilidades creativas.
En general los actores interpretaron buenísimo sus personajes tienen 10/10, mostraron lo familiarizado que estaban con su papel, se vio la naturalidad, el control, mostraron el dominio para que cada personaje conectara.
El ambiente se desarrollo básicamente en un restaurante modesto del pueblo, haciendo la trama mucho más familiar, con rostros de un hogar. Por supuesto que se puede ver un poco de la metrópoli, de la ciudad, sus edificios encantadores. Me gustó mucho la escena donde vivían unos monjes que fueron parte fundamental del pasado de la Chef, era un lugar místico, conectado con la paz.
"El sabor de lo nuestro" es una comedia romantica que nos enseña a valorar aún más, los sabores, las culturas y tradiciones, y como las emociones que nacen del corazón ❤️ influyen en cada cosa que hacemos, como en éste caso la comida. Es mi primer Kdrama, pero no el ultimo. Me involucre totalmente mientras veía la serie, no solo estaba conmovida, también reía a carcajadas con tantas ocurrencias de sus personajes. Es una historia que puede tener sus semejanzas con otras, aún así existen muchas acciones durante la trama que atrapan, que enamoran, que no puedes dejar de verla porque parece que sabes que va a suceder, y no es así.
Me gustó muchísimo ésta serie, incluso hasta la vestimenta de los personajes eran tan de la vida real, qué podía verme en ellas, aunque con éste clima caluroso, muero a la media hora, Jejeje. No puedo decir lo que no me gustó porque no existe. Es una serie que les recomiendo a todos aquellos que aman la comedia, el drama sin morir llorando, más el romance como un sueño imposible. Un 10/10 en éste género o más bien al estilo de "El sabor de lo nuestro" la máxima nota 🌟🌟🌟...
