Wow, this is one of those series that changes the way you think and I tell you sincerely, I have had the opportunity to meet and work with people from the field of psychology and therapists and in fact I have attended some of their events and I have been able to witness first-hand the type of therapies they carry out, in this case in a group setting, and the effects they have on the different people involved.

Wow, esta es una de esas series que te cambia la manera de pensar y se los digo sinceramente, yo he tenido la oportunidad de conocer y trabajar con personas del medio de la psicología y los terapeutas y de hecho he asistidos a algunos de sus eventos y he podido presenciar de primera mano el tipo de terapias que ellos realizan, en este caso de manera grupal y los efectos que tienen en los diferentes involucrados.
This series of Turkish origin is starring the actors and actresses, Tuba Büyüküstün, Seda Bakan, Boncuk Yilmaz, Mural Boz, Firat Taniş, Serkan Altunorak, Riza Kocaoǧlu, Füsun Demirel, Umut Kurt, it is based on the story of three best friends, Ada, Leyla and Sevgi and their respective love and family lives; this first season consists of 8 episodes, the script is very good, with well-developed characters and whose stories you unravel as the series progresses and you realize the reason for everything that happens, it also has very good performances, you end up believing that those actors are actually like that.
Esta serie de origen turco está protagonizada por los actores, Tuba Büyüküstün, Seda Bakan, Boncuk Yilmaz, Mural Boz, Firat Taniş, Serkan Altunorak, Riza Kocaoǧlu, Füsun Demirel, Umut Kurt, se basa en la historia de tres mejores amigas, Ada, Leyla y Sevgiy y sus respectivas vidas amorosas y familiares; esta primera temporada consta de 8 episodios, el guión es muy bueno, con unos personajes bien desarrollados y cuyas historias vas desentrañando a medida que la serie avanza y te vas dando cuenta del porqué de todo lo que pasa, además tiene muy buenas actuaciones, terminas creyéndote de que esos actores en realidad son así.
When we get sick we go to the doctor and take the corresponding medicines to cure ourselves, but why do we get sick? What is the root of the disease that at any given time affects our lives? The logical answer is, then, a virus, a bacterium, a parasite or any other entity that is foreign to ourselves, but the possibility that the illness that affects us has an emotional root is not usually considered, or that our ancestors with the stories of their lives may have some influence on our life today, many people, I would say most do not believe this to be true or even possible.
Cuando nos enfermamos vamos al médico y tomamos las medicinas correspondientes para curarnos, ¿Pero porque efermamos? ¿Cuál es la raíz de la enfermedad que en un momento dado afecta nuestras vidas? la respuesta lógica es pues, un virus, una bacteria, un parásito o cualquier otro ente exógeno a nosotros mismos, pero no se suele considerar la posibilidad de que el padecimiento que nos afecta tenga una raíz emocional, o que nuestros antepasados con las historias de sus vidas puedan tener alguna influencia en nuestra vida actual, mucha gente, yo diría que la mayoría no cree que esto sea cierto o siquiera posible.
But the truth is that it has been reliably demonstrated that this is real and this series addresses this issue in a masterful way as I see it, since the three protagonist friends go through different situations that make them face and know the causes of their various traumas and ailments in his current life, seeking to know the stories of his ancestors and how everything that those ancestors lived affects his life today, in addition we can see how difficult it can be for a person to face their paradigms and change their life or his way of living.
Pero lo cierto es que se ha demostrado fehacientemente que esto es real y esta serie aborda este tema de una forma magistral según yo lo veo, ya que las tres amigas protagonistas pasan por diferentes situaciones que las hacen enfrentar y conocer las causas de sus diversos traumas y padecimientos en su vida actual, buscando conocer las historias de sus antepasados y como todo aquello que vivieron esos antepasados afecta su vida en la actualidad, además que podemos ver lo difícil que puede ser para una persona enfrentarse a sus paradigmas y cambiar su vida o su manera de vivir.
Those who follow me know that I don't like to make spoilers and that's why I don't tell you what happens in the series as such, I just present my analysis as an appetizer and that you are the ones who discover the series and live your own experience drinking take into account what I present to you in this post.
Watching all the episodes of this season of the series, you can realize and extrapolate it to your own life and verify that nothing happens by chance, I do not mean that everything is written but that things happen and our decisions are the ones that affect our lives, but everything and everyone that comes into our lives is not by chance, the universe wants to show us something and if we don't see it in one way, something will happen to us to see it in another, that's why until we close the cycle, we cannot advance in that plane.
Los que me siguen saben que no me gusta hacer spoilers y por eso no les cuento lo que pasa en la serie como tal, solo les presento mi análisis a manera de abreboca y que sean ustedes mismos quienes descubran la serie y vivan su propia experiencia tomando en cuenta lo que les presento en este post.
Al ver todos los capítulos de esta temporada de la serie, te puedes dar cuenta y extrapolarlo a tu propia vida y constatar que nada pasa por casualidad, no me refiero a que todo está escrito sino a que las cosas pasan y nuestras decisiones son las que afectan nuestra vida, pero todo y todos los que llegan a nuestra vida no es por casualidad, el universo quiere mostrarnos algo y si no lo vemos de una forma, algo pasará para que lo veamos de otra, por eso hasta que no cerramos el ciclo, no podemos avanzar en ese plano.
