The last episode of House of The Dragon is finally the first time where Rhaenyra could set her foot down by her own merits without the help of Daemon or her Council that really doesn't help so much over all but still Mysaria is part of this Council and it was her input that got Rhaenyra to move forward. Episode 7 is called "The Red Sowing" where we basically watch the call to a lot of Targaryen bastards at Kings Landing and Dragon Stone, with the hope that between all this people Rhaenyra would find those with enough Targaryen blood so they could bond with the dragons that were missing riders, all based on the premise that lords and pure bloods already betray Rhaenyra so why not trying the common folk??, it has always been though that only dragon lords could bond with dragons and that doesn't seem to be true but the problem lays in how loyal this bastards will be? so far in the House of The Dragons we have seen both sides of the coin, John Snow been the most loyal bastard probably ever born and then you have Ramsay Bolton the definition of betrayal so who are this dragon seeds going to be?

The Red Sowing and Dragon Seeds
Rhaenyra refuses the Black Council meeting to discuss the matter of dragon, She mentions that she is going to get more riders for Vermithor and Silver Wing; during this episode almost everyone abandon her on the idea that other Targaryen even bastards could bond with Dragons and to a point in the episode it look impossible. The episode core begins with the dragon seeds event which is a term borrowed from the Fire and Blood books. The "Red Sowing" is the term that describes the bloodshed that follows people’s attempts to bond with dragons, after all anytime someone attempts to and fail, this ends up really bad, most cases it seem that the person attempting to bond with the dragon ends up been eaten or roasted. They didn't start easy, then went right to Vermithor who basically start feeding on some of the unsuccessful ones who didn't have what it takes, its not written in paper but it seems that each dragon look for different qualities on their rider.
Rhaenyra and Adam Hull
Rhaenyra meets Adam Hall and Seasmoke the dragon on Driftmark who was her husbands dragon, it is assume that Leynor is dead by now since Seasmoke has been acting up lately but finally decided to look for a rider. Seasmoke was seen with his new rider but Rhaenyra is unsure whether he is on the side of the Team Green, she jumps into her dragon Syrax and go find Seasmoke near Driftmark. This new rider ends up been one of Corlys bastard son, Adam Hull who says he just wants to be Rhaenyra servant and to ride his dragon which is quite noble and fun, but there is more to it. He is actually Corliss’s illegitimate child and both of them are aware of this but have not come out to say it. This concept of secrecy makes the relations between the two characters more suspenseful. Rhaenyra probably thinks that Adam has some Targaryen blood in him, which is not entirely incorrect. The show says that only Targaryens are not the only ones who can ride dragons; anyone with dragon lord blood can, this revelation goes against the conventional wisdom and the reason why the dragon keepers at Dragon Stone didn't want to have any part with the hole dragon seeds situation, they felt it was an insult to their traditions.
Jace has a heated conversation with Rhaenyra, explaining why he's so worried about the dragon seeds. He thought having a dragon was his one way to keep himself in line for the Iron Throne, same as the dragon keepers he felt that either the dragon seeds are not worthy of dragons, only reserve for lords and it would be a direct danger for him in the future as anyone with Targaryen blood could claim a dragon or even worst what if in the future appears that anyone can claim a dragon with or without Targaryen blood??

Crisis at Kings Landing
Episode 7 shows how Kings Landing is upside down after their army came back from the battle of Rook Rest, where they did win after taking down Rook Rest and killing Rhaenys and her dragon Meleys. The aftermath is the current situation where Aemond has turn out to be the ruthless king everyone thought he would be, the small folk turning against them due to starvation and war. Aemond has very little room for tolerance and part of this is how he start to take out Aegon friends from the White Cloaks sending them to the wall charging them with been responsible for not protecting the Queen during a recent riot.At this pace Aemond is starting to get surrounded by enemy at his own council real quick, it is the example when Larys Strong tells Jasper not to tell Aemond about the dragon and the new Dragon Rider, Seasmoke Rider, mainly because he despises Aemond and wants to get back at him.
Alicent's Despair
We see Alicent in her room and she is struggling with purpose of her life, she has always been the good girl, trying to obey all the rules, but now she feels like she is worthless. Her son Aemond has made her feel that she is of no use to him at all. This existential crisis makes her plan to commit suicide, this is not directly imply but that's what I get from her behavior, that is why she only takes Rickard Thorin, her personal Kingsguard with her to the King’s Wood. It is a very intense scene that helps to show the psychological impact of the political power struggle.
Aegon's Recovery
Cut to Aegon's room and we see him attempting to walk, his recovery is faster in the show than the books from what I could find online, which could be due to the fact that the production wish to involve him in the plot sooner, having bounce back in Viserys similar fashion to at least be able to wear the crown. Larys Strong is a caring character when it comes to Aegon, this is very ironic coming form him, as he tries to lift the man’s morale and speed up his healing so that he can get back to the Iron Throne and deal with Aemond, but Aegon is not brave or strong, he is under a lot of pain and no real need for a fast recovery but Larys Strong is starting to tell him how soon or later he might become a stone on Aemond path meaning his life is in danger thinking that this could motivate Aegon to go full on recovery mode but he still looks very very fucked up.

Riverlands Situation
Daemon Visions and River Lords
Daemon has some rather disturbing dreams in Harrenhal and then meets with Oscar Tully and the River Lords, who remember the last visit and laugh, but it is clear that there is tension between them. Daemon is in charge of the meeting and he holds it in the God’s Eye and calls for the old ways and the old gods but at this point none of the River Lords care about him or what he says, they all came because of Oscar Tully, who is young and might not have much experience but is very clever to the point that he force Daemon to behead Williem Blackwood. Talk about betrayal, first Daemon takes of the leach and let Williem loose to cause terror between the River Lords to force them bend the knee and when that doesn't work then he felt against the wall with no other option to kill Williem and get Oscar Tully and the rest of the River Lords on his side.Rayna and Sheepstealer
Up in the Vale, we meet Rhaena, who has try to stay at the Vale but without a full grown dragon seems impossible, that was the deal. She is now leaving to Pentos with Rhaenyra children, her only hope is Sheepstealer, so she runs to the burnt patch of sheep bones, but the show cuts away, I'm assuming they likely saving her claiming Sheepstealer for the final this next Sunday, that would be a massive closing moment for the season having perfectly setup the stage for all the dragon fights to come.
