As we know the Halloween season has recently passed, but that won't stop me from telling you a little bit about this series that has me thinking about it every day and every week a new episode is about to be released. It is “FROM” an American series of horror and science fiction is original from the production company “EPIX” but you can find it on HBO MAX or now “MAX”. It premiered in the year 2022, but I started watching it just this year, I started watching it approximately in April of this year. The point is that the series got me. Como sabemos la temporada de Halloween ha pasado recientemente, pero eso no me impedirá contarles un poco sobre ésta serie que me tiene pensando en ella todos los días y cada semana está por estrenarse un nuevo episodio. Se trata de «FROM» una serie estadounidense de terror y ciencia ficción es original de la productora «EPIX» pero la puedes encontrar en HBO MAX o ahora «MAX». Se estrenó en el año 2022, pero yo empecé a verla este mismo año, empecé a verla aproximadamente en abril de este año. El punto es que la serie me atrapó. The synopsis of the series was what made me want to watch it “to see what it was like” and as soon as I saw the first episode I was hooked. This series already has three seasons, in the previous ones there have been 10 episodes and this Monday they premiered the 10th episode of the third one so maybe it's over until they release the 4th one. But you know there is no reason not to watch it anyway haha. How does this story start? I'll give you some context. La sinopsis de la serie fue lo que me hizo querer verla "para ver que tal" y apenas vi el primer episodio quedé enganchada. Ya ésta serie tiene tres temporadas, en las anteriores han sido 10 episodios y ya éste Lunes estrenaron el 10 de la tercera así que puede que se terminó hasta que saquen la 4ta. Pero sabes no hay razón para no verla igualmente jaja. ¿Cómo inicia esta historia? Te daré contexto. This story begins with a family going on a trip in their motor home because their young son Thomas had recently passed away and they wanted to take a vacation, but fate had another vacation idea in mind. It turns out that when they are on the road they come across a very large log across the road so they had to stop. Amazed they begin to investigate how to move the log or perhaps take an alternate route...and that's what they decide to do but the result ends up being that they find themselves again and again in the same place, it seems that the road always takes them to the same place and they begin to feel trapped, however incredulous they go in search of people who live there who can give them an answer. Ésta historia comienza con una familia que se va de viaje en su autocaravana porque su pequeño hijo Thomas había fallecido recientemente y querían tomarse unas vacaciones, pero el destino tenía otra idea de vacaciones en mente. Resulta que cuando están en la carretera se encuentran con un tronco muy grande atravesado en la carretera por lo que tuvieron que parar. Asombrados comienzan a investigar como mover el tronco o tal vez tomar una ruta alterna...y eso es lo que deciden hacer pero el resultado termina siendo que se encuentran una y otra vez en el mismo lugar, parece que el camino siempre los lleva al mismo lugar y comienzan a sentirse atrapados, sin embargo incrédulos van en busca de personas que vivan ahí que les puedan dar una respuesta. Boyd is the self-appointed “sheriff” of the place, the person who “maintains order” and provides “security” to the inhabitants of the place, he is one of the first people that this family encounters, Boyd must explain in a witty and sincere way the horrible truth about that town and it is nothing more and nothing less than THEY HAVE NO WAY TO GET OUT OF THERE. Boyd es el "sheriff" autonombrado del lugar, la persona que digamos "mantiene el orden" y brinda "seguridad" a los habitantes del lugar, el es de las primeras personas con las que se topa ésta familia, Boyd debe explicarles de una manera ingeniosa y sincera la horrible verdad sobre ese pueblo y es nada más y nada menos que NO TIENEN CÓMO SALIR DE ALLÍ. fuente En el pueblo hay unos seres que salen sólo por las noches y parecen humanos y aparentemente tienen buenas intenciones con las personas, pero la verdad es que estos seres no son ni humanos, ni tienen buenas intenciones. Tabitha is one of the most important characters (in my opinion) because she has managed to find some important answers, more than other people who live in the town and as the story progresses it seems that she has a connection with a person from the past who was in that place many years ago. Tabitha es uno de los personajes más importantes (a mi parecer) porque ha logrado hallar algunas respuestas importantes, más que otras de las personas que viven en el pueblo y a parte a medida que avanza la historia parece ser que ella tiene una conexión con una persona del pasado que ya estuvo en ese lugar hace muchos años. It's a series that will never leave you alone, it will keep you attentive and increasingly intrigued to know what this place is really hiding. There is a lot of mystery and the characters seem to be all important to the story. I don't consider it all that scary but rather it generates a lot of curiosity. I'll leave the trailer below. Es una serie que nunca te dejará tranquilo, te mantendrá atento y cada vez más intrigado por saber que es lo que realmente esconde este lugar. Hay mucho misterio y los personajes parecen ser todos importantes para la historia. No la considero que de tanto miedo sino más bien genera mucha curiosidad. Te dejaré abajo el tráiler.
