Good evening all and sundry here on this platform, I deem it a great honor to write and partake in this new initiative by @theycallmedan, it is an initiative for powering up at least 10 hives on hive birthday which is today.
Today marking the 3 years anniversary of the hive blockchain, it is very important that we all power up to help in the growth and development of the hive token. I deem it a great honor to also make it a point to participate and write in this contest.
Although I haven’t been on the hive blockchain for long years I can say that it is a great platform worth investing your time and wealth in. I joined hive about 5 months ago now and I am really loving the platform daily. I see that the hive blockchain really has a lot of good and quality projects running and also future projects as well. There are a lot of developments on the hive blockchain network that I see would really help in the growth of this platform.
Hive blockchain is one of the best-centralized blockchains so far I have been on. It rewards its users for the content they put across on the platform. It is just similar to that of social media platforms but here you get rewarded for sharing your contests. Your content needs to be unique and plagiarism free as well as a quality to earn curation. There are several communities with specific goals that allow one to write and share topics of their choice.
Today I would be powering up a total of 12 hives to add to my Hive power. As a newbie, I don’t have much hive power yet but hoping by the end of one year's stay here I would be able to achieve a hive power of more than 1.5K HP. With hard work and dedication to the platform, I am hoping to achieve that.
Powering up hive tokens helps in the growth and development of the hive token and the platform at large. Powering up helps one to build a stronger effective hive power that can aid one to have a huge influence on votes. It gives one a huge voting mana which helps to curate others' posts. It is not a good manner to be practicing self-voting but we must share the votes so others can earn.
