Vedic Mathematics consists of various techniques that make calculations easy and fast. Well, I will be posting some of the Vedic maths tricks, made by ancient Indian mathematics. It covers all the concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, squaring, square rooting, and tricks. After understanding these concepts you would never need a calculator to perform these arithmetic operations. These are tricks that were made by Indian ancient mathematicians after studying and observing arithmetic operations very carefully.
Let us take a basic addition operation to understand the power of Vedic mathematics.
If I ask you to add two numbers 2348 + 3734 together, you would probably go for calculator sum them. But if I say that after this trick you can easily add them up in your brain would you believe me?
Well to make you believe me let me tell you a Vedic mathematics trick to simplify this problem.
Just split each number into two 2 digit parts. so 2348 will become 23 | 48 and 3734 will become 37 | 34. Now add the numbers together in this format such that firstly 48 is added with 34 and 23 with 37. Remember that if carry is generated in the previous term add it to the preceding term. Let us visualize it.

+ 37 | 34
-----------
60 | 82
Hence giving us 6082 as the answer.
Now a 4-digit word is divided into two 2-digit words is pretty easy to add now.
This is just one of the tricks to make a calculation easy and fast. Vedic maths is like a toolkit for calculations.
