Those who visit my blog, may realize that in the previous publication I wrote about business economics and social and environmental sustainability, where I described the general terms of the economic dimension and the approach to create a new system in which ethical and ecological environmental practices are developed, in the way of how to work nature and what deals with it maintaining its balance, creating a dependence between the economic and ecological.

In this order of ideas, sustainable economy requires a differentiated approach to growth and also requires internalizing all costs, including social and environmental costs related to the production and disposal of goods, implementing the principle of social cost, hence the social dimension is treated as another dimension to be considered.

Within the theoretical arguments, this dimension starts from the premise of the existence of equity and the understanding of the interdependence of human communities. Social equity means ensuring that all people have access to education and have the opportunity to make productive and justly remunerated contributions to society.

Similarly, the social dimension is related to equity and equal rights to the satisfaction of the basic needs of every individual, but these practices in turn should be closely linked to ethical, moral and cultural values to meet these needs with the fair use of resources and the preservation of biodiversity.

The social dimension demands the active political participation of all social actors in decision making, but its postulates are based on the company's values and must be integrated in all actions, plans and projects of the company in order to institutionalize it and achieve the economic objectives established.
