The first thing is you need to quit trading if you have not enough knowledge. Trading looks easy but in real it is very difficult. It needs to learn years in order to understand crypto trading.
Trading is an addict which forces you again and again to do trade, unless you loose your money. If you are not good at trading then its sure you will not make money rather will keep on loosing money.
The second thing which you must quit is that to never invest a money which you can't afford to loss. Never risk your amount which is in need for your personal life or which is the need to meet your monthly expense.
In crypto market, it is always better to invest the money which is extra for you or you are confused where to put that money. That money is more good to be invested rather to invest the money which you cant afford to lose.

The last thing which you must quit is that to stop using high "LEVERAGE". In the first step you are not allowed to use future market which is very risky market.
Therefore, it is better to avoid future market, if in case you are good at market then you can use leverage but not high one.
