If I talk about myself, I will surely do powerup. At first I will make my own community and will arrange different contests. I will support newbies and surely upvote the best contents.
In community I can arrange different contests. Contests increase people’s interest and they work harder on their content. These contests should be simple and fun so that more people participate. Like writing contests, art competitions, or quizzes etc.
The most important thing is that you consistently keep upvoting those writers and creators who are doing good work. This increases their courage and they try to make even better content.
Using your voting power correctly is very important so that the community grows and everyone benefits. Also they get motivated to work in this ecosystem with more interest.
With this strategy, you can get the maximum benefit from your Hive Power and create a strong, active, and motivated community.
