We have seen a bullish momentum in Bitcoin where it makes another all time high of 93,500. This is a kind of different bull run and many investors are still confused because they are still with their cash and they want to invest in different altcoins.
Now this will be surely a huge risk either to invest or not. If invest and the market suddenly takes a huge crash, you will suffer with a huge losses.
But what if suddenly an alt coin season starts and you remain with the cash is also another risk.
So what should we do in such case?
In this post I will try to help you guys with the effective strategy which will help you earn a passive income and also will Keep you investing from time to time.
This time I came with spot grid strategy which allows you to buy in layers and the bot will keep on trading and giving you a passive income.
One thing to keep in mind that you must do it in spot spot grid strategy. I will never recommend future grid strategy because it contains a high risk and a liquidation mode.
In a spot grid strategy you can at least hold your investment without booking any losses. So what you have to do is that you must select any fast, volatile and fundamentally strong coin for your investment.
Let's suppose I prefer Saga and FET coin for my investment. What I will do is that I will try to invest in four different layers.
At first phase I will invest I will choose to invest $500 in Saga and $500 in FET.
I will select the range that at least if any of the coin crashes by 30% my first layer totally buys all of the amount, which means I have the chance to keep on buying FET or Saga coin until it crashes to 30%.
If I see that any of the coin drops by more then 30% then I will trigger another spot strategy with my second layer and this time again with $500 in each coin and again 30% below.
In the meantime for every trade I will earn around 0.07 dollar and at least 40 to 50 which makes a total of $5 per day.
This is extra profit for me and also my amount will keep on investing. Also one thing to keep in mind that selecting the number of grid is very essential for the spot trading strategy.
You have to select the correct number of grids so that the bot can trade as many as possible.
This is one of the effective strategy in a spot grid and will help you to slowly invest in your favorite coin and on the same time you will also earn passive income.
