This is a critical post in which I’ll discuss what I am feeling right now about leofinanace community. I’ve been here from the past 4 months and I’ve seen a lot of changes and new people coming to this community.
Any person who joins crypto social media community has many things in mind. One of them is side earnings. Why anyone leaves facebook, youtube and other social platforms is because they see a crypto potential here.
But there are some people who have the most of the control over leofinance as they have high leo power and vote value.
I am not saying that they are abusing the system, they are doing well with good posts and really serving the community but rather the vote distribution is unbalanced. Only people with high vote value are supporting each other.
Some new users post good content that has no recognization and their posts are neglected. I always try to vote for those with good post and low reward to motivate them post more.
Th comments intiative by taskmaster is also a good move as any user with good comment will be rewarded.
I even tried myself both excellent posts and average posts and I got no good rewards according to my expectations. But I have a vote value so I get daily curation benefits so I am good to go but new users are left behind.
I just have a suggestion that new users with good posts should be encouraged with little rewards to keep them motivated. If a new user spams or tries to misbehave the system he should be punished too.
This was my experience with the leo community so far. You can disagree and make your own point. I will be highly appreciated by your comments with suggestions and questions.
