One of the fundamentals and dynamics in business growth States how one should be strategic in solving people's problem and meeting to people's need and in return getting a reward which at the other hand is also known as making profit in your business area.
While I was still in school my intrapreneurship lecturer will always tell us how important it is to observe ones environment consciously to know the problems that surrounds to environment or area and making smart moves In finding a better solution to such problems while making huge profit out of it.
One way or the other students can be really funny and so some of us didn't take in the information seriously as of then not because what he was saying was not true but because he was really fun and always playful with us and so we didn't really think deep not considering ourselves being in a situation and needing such strategy in our business areas.
After school when I try to put in one or two in place in terms of building my business, was when i began to realise and remembered every single word that came out from my lecturers mouth talking about the Dynamics and the rules of intrapreneurship. I begin to understand how important his words where and it was very easy for me to process and make few more research to add to the little knowledge I'd already acquired from school and as well personal life experiences.
The benefits of solving problems
It is very much important to note that solving people's problems leads to making a world free of problems or rather less of problems which in returns gives you a reward as people look for solutions everyday and so if you are in a position to render such help to such difficult problems, you are in a very high way of making a huge profit out of it.
One of the benefits of solving people's problem is that you will get recognised and you will be referred to other people that has similar or the same problem. Remember words fly so fast and so if you solve a problem there is a full possibility that the person you helped will refer your services to others having the same problem and that is how your brand will get referred to more and more audiences that will come patronizing your business looking for solutions.
What do you demand to render your services?
This is where the profit comes in, as in return you demand for money in giving them the solution to their problems. If you are looking for money and not looking for solutions, you are in a very big trouble as people don't just wake up one day and come up to give you money without a reason. Remember they worked really hard for it and so it's either it benefits them or nothing. Starting today, look for how to solve people's problem rather than looking for money.
