In this Publication I will be addressing three major issues that we seem to be doing and need to stop such as:
Threading on a app that is not threading.
Sending a Broadcast message to everyone on your contact list.
Differentiating between a registered business/unregistered business names with the owners.
Threading on a app that is not threading:
Why are you threading on an App that's not threading? Just Why? Who's teaching us how to use social media in such approach? Facebook and X, formerly known as Twitter, are both social media platforms, but they are built differently. Again, why are you threading on an App that's not threading? Because X is designed for shorter texts - X thread, its algorithm is also built to favor such activity. Not Facebook. I've a duplex, you have a duplex, but the functions inside will most likely be different depending on preference and usage. If my house is designed with access control automation, such as a door that opens with facial recognition, the same cannot happen in your house if you're using a wooden door and you can never make your wooden door to automate itself just by standing in front of it. Even if you stand for 100 hours. They are all doors, but their designs functions differs. So, why thread on a non-threading App? Why do you do this: "10 ways to become a better person. Check comment". And you go to the comment section to blast your nuggets? Why? Oh, are you thinking that the algorithm will see your comments and give them the same effect comments have, such as expanding your reach? Cooom on! The algorithm is smart to know that you're threading when it's not built to thread. For most of us, we do this just because we see others doing it. Don't be like that.
Sending a Broadcast message to everyone on your contact list:
There are customers to whom you should not send broadcast messages. Stop it. It harms your brand experience without your knowledge. Mr. A is spending N5,000 in your business monthly, and Mr. B is spending N1,000,000000000000, yet the same message you send to Mr. A is the same message you send to Mr. B. Stop it. Haven't you been told? "All humans are equal, but some are more equal than others." I didn't make the rule, but when you keep breaking the rule, it will hinder your progress. Source So, you do not provide those who are 'more equal than others' with the same general experience. Segment your customers. It's called categorization. Categorize your audience and provide them with an experience according to their in your Heaven. Now, have you checked up on the 'more equal than others' in your business? You get?"
Differentiating between a registered business/unregistered business names with the owners:
Learn this, An unregistered business is not different from the owner. A registered Business Name (BN) is not different from the owner. Back then as a mass communication student who also had interest in law, studying Company Law materials outside my course (mass communication) we were taught that the idea that a business is different from its owner is known a 'juristic person.' When referred to as a juristic person, the law presumes that the business is an artificial entity with full legal rights, like a human, to conduct business in its name. The liability of the company will not be borne by the owners of the business unless the corporate veil is lifted. That's the law. This means that if the business is a Limited Liability Company (LTD), it can do everything that a natural person can do. It can enter into valid contracts in its name. It can and will be sued in its name. For example, if the name is registered as ESY MEDIA, I can sue the entity bearing that name, and the entity can sue me using that name. However, if it's a Business Name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the law requires that you act in your personal capacity. If, during the course of doing business, you incur debts, the owner is responsible for the debt, but as an LTD, the company is responsible
