Hive has seen a massive uptick and surge in interest recently due to Binance listing the token in its Futures market. And before you say it. No it wasn't the results of the rally car , or the hundreds of conferences that we pay people thousands to attend. It isn't the pedal bike races or the lads monkeying around on gymnastics poles with their tops off. To the shock surprise of all the marketing moguls giving money away like its going out of fashion on Hive, a simple click of a button from a Binance executive has made the Hive Blockchain tick again. Now we all know the volume being bought and sold on Hive is the Futures market so is it even volume heading to the blockchain at all. It's hard to gauge whether Futures volume affects volumes on the spot market (I think it does) but on the up side, we are all happy the Hive is trading more than 18 cent again. "Put on your good underwear tonight Jessica , we are going out tonight."
Which got me thinking. Binance is now seen as the dinosaur. Still the Trex but rather uncool. Hyperliquid is the new exchange in town and it is trendy. Very trendy and very very fast. Projects are trying to accumulate funds to pay for a ticker on this exchange. Once launched on Hyperliquid, volume in Spot and Perps go through the roof. Now most new projects have no way of funding their ticker. If only there was a decentralized fund to apply for a ticker for our token. Why doesn't Hive just apply for DHF funding to buy a ticker on Hyperliquid? Now it may be a bit more complicated in the backend but $GODS was just sold to Gods Unchained for $975,000. Gods Unchained!!! If this is not a sign then I don't know what is.
Splinterlands may be looking at this investment as well for their $SPS token and wondering what if!! The $GOD ticker has yet to launch but when it does it is going up up up. Clever from Gods Unchained here. The next Hyperliquid ticker is rumored to go for only a cool $ 1 million bucks. Only tokens with funding can get raise this kind of money.

Hyperliquid's token deployment process utilizes a unique auction mechanism to determine gas fees. Each auction lasts 31 hours, starting at a high price, and if unsold, the price will linearly decrease to 10,000 USDC.
The case for Buying a $Hive ticker on Hyperliquid
I have been on Hyperliquid for a while now and all the tokens are soaring. Try trading on it. It's free money even in spot. They have an auction for $tickers such is the demand. The cost to buy a ticker in this auction is now getting higher and higher. The first $1 million ticker is coming soon and Hive would do well to buy it! If Hive got on Hyperliquid I could guarantee the price would soar to at least $5. At least. Solid projects are trading at 3 figures in some cases and they are not even remotely as established as Hive.
What is the worst that could happen? We lose a million? We lost a million last year.
Volume will increase significantly and price would go through the roof. At the moment we are funding with all due respect amateurs to promote Hive. Launching on Hyperliquid would get everbody talking and buying Hive and this is our path out of the trenches. What makes me sad is that there are tokens on Hyperliquid that are trading at $50 and they don't do anything. Hive does everything. Why not give it a try? But the rally car might not have a new set of wheels you say? The poor people in Africa need a new well for water? The Venezuelans people depend on Hive to make a living with their conferences. Bolderdash , Coddswallop. Launch on Hyperliquid and the payouts all these people will be getting from their posts will fund their "Make a wish " Foundation dreams because that's what our marketing department has become. Considering we pretty much spent a cool million with Valueplan on marketing last year. Maybe it is time to try something different.
I think Hive is a good platform and so does the Hive Community. If it wasn't then we wouldn't be here. For years now we have been in the doldrums and threading the water. Greed will sink us at some stage unless we do something different. The Binance Futures launch was a glimmer of hope for the an blockchain well down the list on CMC and talking to Hyperliquid could be a game changer. Finally Hive will be trendy which it should be and then people could start looking at the great Dapps and games such as Leo and Splinterlands. Why couldn't these Dapps launch their tokens on Hyperliquid. Maybe they do not have the funds. If they had then its a no brainer. I reckon a blockchain needs to take a gamble like this to succeed. But is it possible?

How easy is it to launch a token if given approval on an exchange?
How long would it take to launch? Every token on Hyperliquid is flying at the moment but maybe this will curtail when it gets larger and larger as an exchange.
What would be the extra cost after we purchase the ticker?
Hyperliquid is on the Arbitrum blockchain. Would this be a problem?
I am sure whatever cost involved would be recuperated after the token launches. If it is impossible for the ticker to launch on Hyperliquid then the proposal should be to just bribe Centralised Exchanges with brown envelopes because it looks like the more exchanges that a blockchain is on leads to volume and then ultimately an increase in demand over supply.
We need an uppercrust to apply for funding. Not little old me that has no clue how this would work. But Hyperliquid is just a scam exchange. Have a read below

Now all I see on Twitter or X is these lads in their hammock bleating on with buzz worlds about Web3, best ecosystem, decentalised and blah dee blah dee blah until the cows come home but they never seem to do anything about it. Surely we have the tech to launch on this exchange?
Lets look into it. In theory if Hive goes to a $10 if it launches on this new exchange , I can delete all my posts slagging off the people who post about Hive going to a $10 but I am prepared to die on that hill with glee if I get the ball rolling about implementing this!
