Value 4 Value works
Big milestone today! In the last two years I earned 100k sats while listening to Podcasts on Fountain! This is equivalent to 0.001 BTC. In Dollar value about $61 today. Once Bitcoin hits six digits this will increase to more than 100 Dollar too.
How did I do this? Well I listened to Podcasts via Fountain App, got Boosts for my own podcast and Likes for clips or comments I did.
But not only did I receive value in Bitcoin I also distributed value back to creators I like and listened too. I boosted podcasts by others myself or liked good comments. This is value for value.

In conclusion I gave back more than 30% of what I receiceved myself, 30k sats of the 100k. The shows I suppotrted most in the past years were „Broke and Broker“ - german finance podcast, „michatogo“ - a german podcast about podcasting and „Phantom Power Music Hour“ - a V4V music podcast. All great content!
I really like the V4V concept and I think that it is really easy with Fountain. It gives creators the opportunity to earn a littlle bit from day one and build a community directly via the App. On the other side it rewards listeners for their time spent and lets them get inttouch with their favorite podcast hosts.
