I am going to jump right into it. I want to thank @Taskmaster4450 .
For his support. Whether he knows he is giving it or not. He has given me some kind words about my growth on Hive over recent time. Including today. It helps. It motivates.
For his post today. Here is the link. I am not giving you the title, I am not quoting it. Go read it. Lol.
But I needed to read it. You need to read it. At least ten time.
Success
As the quote says, and to paraphrase: success is not going to fall in your lap. You have to work you fracking ass off to get it. It is all up to you. No one else.
You have to wrap your head around the 10X rule . The get the one success you want, if that is meeting one goal, you have to put in ten times the effort than you think it will take.
Growing on Hive
Take ten times the effort with your posts. Takes ten times the amount of time to thing, plan, and write your post. I am usually thinking, making notes for my Leo post for 12 hours a day. Before I start.
If you plan on responding to 5 posts a day, go for fifty.
If you plan on reading 5 posts a day go for fifty.
I know, I know, you are thinking I don't have time. Well put in the effort with the time you do have. Maybe the 5 only turns into ten. But that is still doubling what you where doing.
Goals
You have to have them. If you don't get anything else from this post get this part.
Get a note book and a pen. When you are sitting down in the morning with your coffee write them down. Before you go to bed write them down.
I know most people think this is corny. (Spelt wrong). So did I. But when I started, and forced myself tondo it, it is life changing.
Positivity
You have to put forth Positivity in your posts on Hive.
I could sit here and talk about how the markets suck, shit going on in my personal life, etc. But do you really want to read it.
If I can use it as an example to show how I turn negativity into positivity, well that is: Positivity.
Listen
Listen to people on Hive who been around a long time ND know there stuff. They have gotten to where they are for reason.
They have down the hard work. Learn from them, from their advice. They have learned from their own mistakes. You can learn from that and make less mistakes because of them.
One thing I believe in
And this is up for debate. Some people don't believe it. But I am a big believer in it. And I will tell you why.
Show up and post everyday even if you got nothing to say. Even really bad posts.
Why do I believe that? Because you will get in the habit of showing up everyday and your shit posts will become less over time. Your quality will go up. You will not want to put out shit.
It becomes very addictive to post every day and post good or better posts each day. Especially when the positive feedback comes in.
I will end here for tonight.
I am alive and Thriving.
