There is a weird thing playing out right now in real estate. From so many angles, from so many sources, things are coming about that will completely reshape our ideas of land ownership, and destroy the concept of real estate.
- The globalists/banksters, those mother WEFers are done playing this game of letting the little goyim think that they own their property. They are intent on making a land owned, again, by the crown. i.e. Real Estate
- The idea that house prices constantly go up, would be replaced by the idea that house prices always go down, as the demographics all over the world crash. Housing prices have only gone up because continuous growth and lagging house construction, AND! mortgages being made to be longer, with lower interest rates and down payments (thus allowing the price to be higher).
- People are now going to move to be with their "family" (their tribe) and everyone will become part time farmers. Thus, the places where people will live will be much more like homesteads then housing tracts.
- With technology, it will no longer be necessary to live near roads, power lines, or water. Think about where you would live if none of our current limitations were a concern? You could live deep in a forest next to a meadow that was never accessible by car.
- Inflationary, fractional reserve lent, debt-based, currency will go away, replaced with deflationary crypto currencies. And the big reason house prices have continued to go up, inflation, goes away.
- People's idea of what constitutes ownership of land will change. The person who owns the land is the person who currently takes care of it. The "king" has no say in that. And there is lots of land that is unused, so if you want some, go find some that is not being taken care of right now. The homestead of the future will not be placed right next to each other. There will be buffer zones between places.
All of these are happening all at once.
So, we are going to seem some hectic things happening in cities.
What those mother WEFers intend to do
Those mother WEFers are a little more patient then us, in that, if a city burns down, we want to build it back right away. They will just let it sit there, because they have no emotions tied to fixing things, or concern about people's well being.
So, that town in Hawaii that was burnt down with space lasers still sits with no one able to do anything with it.
The same thing is happening in LA, with those "fires". Although Trump tried to get involved in allowing the owners to get back in there and start fixing things. However, these "riots" will burn down another section of LA.
And so, the mother WEFers intend on "making room" for their 15 minute open air prisons to be formed.
They are intending to keep people trapped in the city living paradigm. However, all of their machinations are destroying that.
- As they cut off food supply, more people want to move out to homesteads
- As they cut back on jobs, people are giving up on the rat race and going out and living much lower cost lifestyles.
- As they tried to lock everyone down with Covaids, now telecommuting is normal, even demanded.
- As they burn down the cities, and increase crime (which they want to destabilize the area) people are just leaving and never coming back.
The technology that allows us to live anywhere
We will have continuous, non-polluting, energy sources that can be built anywhere on earth. This allows everyone to go off-grid, without any of the drawbacks (of EV panels + generator,) like cost, system longevity, lack of sunlight…
We will have internet (like) communication from any place on the planet. Making staying near civilization and fiber-optic cables unnecessary.
We will have ways of shipping water through the skies. So water will not be an issue in any place.
We will have flying cars, and monorail riding, automated delivery modules that make a connection to most communities. (or something like that), so that we will not feel a need to live near somewhere where we can get stuff.
Basically, most of the criteria we search for in a property today, becomes unnecessary, and may even be a negative, when looking for property a decade from now.
What happens to the cities and suburbs
As the mother WEFers play their games of destabilization (immigrants, diminishing jobs, increasing costs and crime) people will be leaving the cities. What the mother WEFers want is to make things hard, so that people will move to their 15 minute cities. Unfortunately, the people with any skill will leave before the mother WEFers are ready.
The banksters are going to play their games trying to force people out by loaning money to Black Rock but not to the average person. So, people will have a hard time getting mortgages. And so, the prices of housing will drop. Like, jaw dropping drop.
Further, we will see many more people leaving the suburbs, and moving into mortuary plots. From old age (boomers), civil wars, crime, epidemics, and starvation there will be a LOT less people to fill up all the suburban houses. It will get so bad that if you want a house, find an empty one and move in.
Soon, there will be nothing left in cities for people to stay there. Entire housing tracts will be left empty, abandoned.
House prices will drop from here on out, until you would have to pay people to take them.
The ideas of suburban living are over.
The ideas of a house being an asset, will be lost to time.
The boomers will have no one to sell their overpriced houses to.
Many real estate pundits are saying that the housing market is just fine. Soon, they will be saying that it is only a slight downturn. Even further they will be saying it is a housing market crash, but it will come back, just like after 2008.
Very few of real estate pundits will say that suburban real estate is toast.
But it is.
Just looking at demographic numbers, the housing market is toast.
But if you add in what the banksters and mother WEFers are trying to do, the suburbs will be destroyed.
And, really, we are done with the idea of "real estate". It doesn't belong to the king. It does not belong to the govern-cement.
Things will be very different in the future, concerning land.
