Everything is going to zero against bitcoin:
- Wall Street goes to zero. All those empty buildings, where the financial fraud used to live.
- Insurance goes to zero. 50% of your premium goes to the broker, and then they do everything they can to not pay out when a claim happens. Smart contracts fix this.
- REITs are going to zero. Real Estate Investment is a lot of work, for a poor ROI compared to bitcoin. And suburban real estate is going to zero by itself.
- Bank accounts. Who needs them? Be your own bank.
- Retirement Investments. Why would you risk your money, when it is easier and safer just to hold bitcoin?
Seriously, Wall Street is crumbling under its own weight. Bitcoin is just helping push it off the cliff of its own making.
Bitcoin makes all the financial lies, scams and ponzi schemes that is Wall Street, visible, avoidable, and why would you even bother with that den of thieves?
Stocks… are going to zero
Let's say that we didn't have money printing that keeps creating more money that goes into the stock market, continuously raising its price. Price, not value, although they keeps saying, on the MSM, "Its value, or its valuation". Most of the stock has not produced any more value in years. Proctor and Gamble still sells soap to everyone. Do people use more soap now? Everything new they make is to replace an older product. Same market. Coke hasn't increased its sales in years. People only consume so much Coke, even if they drink it instead of water. And many people are realizing how bad coke is, and have stopped drinking it. These Fortune 500 corporations are not creating any more value.
If we had a way of consistently assessing the corporation's value, such as price modified by real inflation, we find that most of the corporations are actually losing value.
And, if we had a deflationary currency, then just holding it, like money under the mattress, we would be beating stock market returns quite handily. And avoiding the stock market crashes, making it an even better deal.
The only reason to own stock is to guide the corporation on where it should go. However, there is a group, that owns controlling interest in all the corporations, so why would you bother? Especially since none of these corporations will be around in 50 years.
Real Estate… is going to zero
If demographic collapse wasn't enough, many more factors are in play that will make suburban housing way overstocked. And without keeping supplies low, and money printing cheap, real estate prices go down. And since there won't be enough demand to buy up all the houses, it will go down even more. There will be suburban ghost towns.
Real estate is going to zero. Bitcoin is just going to make it go there faster.
Real estate has become an investment, because the price has been going up, and landlords could make enough ROI to make it worth it. Now, the price will be going down. Bitcoin's ROI will be much higher, and for doing nothing. So, real estate holders will be losing and losing. They will be fire-selling their rentals, and buying bitcoin (if they can), making house prices go down even faster.
Banks… are going to zero
The big banksters are already planning to eliminate all the small and medium sized banks. They are unneeded when the banksters move people to CBDCs, they think.
However, the people will move right through CBDCs and into bitcoin.
Be your own bank becomes even more important when the people see the banks taking their money. From bank closures, to bank bail-ins, to CBDCs cutting off your ability to spend, all these things make people understand the importance of self-custody.
The banksters are going to make themselves very hated. And decentralized crypto-currency is going to provide a path out.
If everyone realized just how bad & evil the banksters are, they would already be in bitcoin. However, it is only a matter of time. The banksters' bad & evil will be on full display. And people will leave the banks for bitcoin.
So many things are going to zero, just because bitcoin exists.
However, not everything will go to zero. Food will probably stabilize around a set amount of satoshis. Farmland and homesteads will become more valuable, but still, will stabilize around a hundred thousand satoshis. (I may be off here, it could be hundreds of satoshis for a farm, and a satoshi for a full months worth of groceries)
That said, the entire financial sector is going to zero. Bitcoin and smart-contracts are going to replace everything that Wall Street does. Meaning, some of the most expensive real estate in NYC is going to zero.
