The people watching food are saying stock up now! Shortages are showing up everywhere. In the field, in shipping, in processing. (except for the MSM cheering squad)
Stonks are flashing warning signs,
just like the Dot-com Bubble
A few stocks are keeping the entire stock market up. And they are all WAY overvalued.
Several people who watch the stock market are saying this is just like before the Dot-com bubble burst.
The real money in the stock market is leaving.
The boomers retiring. People cannibalizing their retirement accounts to live.
Meaning all that is left is the fake money. The money borrowed from the Fed to keep stock prices up and BlackRock in the green. And this money has a way of going poof.
Unless you are really good at playing the market as its dropping, i recommend getting out of the stock market.
Things are going to get dark… just before it goes black.
I still expect stock markets to be found to be trading shares that don't exist. At least 10:1. At some moment people are going to realize they don't have anything. They have been trading nothing. Paying top dollar for nothing.
Something like, a company buys all their shares back. And they announce this, while millions of shares are being traded on the NYSE. What do you do then? The company just said they own them all. What about all these shares being traded? They don't really exist.
Real Estate will crater leaving a huge vacant areas
House prices have barely gone down… so says the MSM cheering squad.
But, time on market has gone way up. Open houses are seeing no prospective clients.
And people are dropping their prices… a little bit. But no where enough to make up for the difference in monthly cost now that mortgage rates are above 8% for fixed 30 year.
The only thing that is keeping prices up is that there is so little supply in many markets.
But that will come to an end in the blink of an eye, with the first wave of repos.
Home builders are in a rough spot. People are backing out of their contracts for new, finished homes. The people are realizing that they cannot afford the finished home at these inflating prices and high interest rates. Some home builders are walking away. Others are building to rent.
Mr. Paul Volker Wannabe is saying that there is going to be pain. Interest rates are going to continue going up until unemployment is up and inflation is down. Soooo, good by housing market.
And the worst that i see coming is a lot of VAXXX deaths. There will be so much death that suburban houses will basically become free... find one that is empty, clean/clear out the old tenant, and move in.
Add on top of this that cities will become hell on earth, with mostly peaceful fires and a lack of food.
The real estate market is toast.
Food prices are going up
And food prices are going to continue to go up.
With the poor wheat harvests i am expecting to hear about it every night on the news… but nothing.
Other countries are seeing what is coming and have already banned grain exports.
At the same time, The US is selling grains to China for cheap.
Americans are being set up for some big hurt.
It is no joke that there are going to be "fiery but mostly peaceful" food riots in cities. So many thing are pushing things in that direction. Blue cities allowing shop lifters to run rampant, causing stores to leave. Not as many trucks on the road. Inflation pushing people past the breaking point. Fake food and bugs being forced into stores as food.
All of these things are going to see cities, especially blue cities, be food deficient.
So, stock up on food now.
And grow your own food.
This time it IS different
Stonks
Almost everyone is expecting that this is just another stock market crash. Just another housing crash. Just another dry spell in food growing.
But it is not. We are in a new epoch, and everything is changing.
Things that were built on lies and greed will go away.
Things that are rotten will be shown for what they are, and crumble to dust.
The stock market is evil. With people front selling the stocks that they are going to sell to you. Allowing others to manipulate the market with non-existent shares and selling what they do not have. Allowing whales to get away with murder.
These things will go away. The stock market will be closed. It may be reopened with block-chain technology behind it. But, if we have the chain, what do we need the "stock market" for?
Real Estate
The real estate market is truly evil, and also the greatest misallocation of resources ever.
The suburbs are evil. They are not a good living environment for humans. The single family homes divide up the families. And the way houses are built and sold, it puts the grandparents away from the children. It makes community impossible. It is just horrible.
And these will go away. Entire areas of empty suburban houses.
Food
It will become very apparent that one should not rely on other people for their nourishment.
As it becomes apparent that certain corporations HAVE BEEN poisoning us. And doing it on purpose. Getting good, nutritious food will become of top importance to people who can afford it. The best way to know what is in your food is to grow it yourself. The best way to get the most nutritious, freshest food is to grow it yourself. The best way to keep you grounded and in good health is to grow your own food; get your hands in the soil.
In the future, everyone will be half-farmer.
The Future
Things are changing, and it is best to go with it instead of trying to hold onto the past.
The malls are gone. Soon the stores will be too.
The future is much brighter. But, since most of our lives are built on lies, most of what we know is going to go away. It has to in order to get to this better future.
