This now is already the 7th year documenting how I systematically make money with Sports Betting having a ton of fun with it also as I still absolutely love it! The main purpose of it all remains to help myself stay focused and very disciplined along the way which are key factors to success. All while potentially showing others how it can be done and no intention whatsoever to sell picks or anything. In fact, I like to very much stay under the radar and the worst thing that could happen is if I would pick up a bunch of followers who start either cheering on winning bets or complain on losers.
So for now, I just continue the exact same way as I have these past 6 years and the league started with some nice profit in Week 1. Each year it's the same thing that I have to start from zero and affirm which in a way is quite some pressure for myself. Each year I also start in doubt which I guess this time is less the case which at the same time worries me. I still very much feel that I should be able to beat the market but at the same time it always tends to get harder with lines being set tighter so it remains a challenge that I happily take on.
One of the things I might do differently this year is share a slightly bit less information before I managed to get my position in as very little is often needed to move the lines. Aside from this, expect more of a fully open and transparent journey that includes both the good and the bad times which inevitably will come at some point.
Pre-Game Preview Bets Season 2022-2023
Similar to the last 3 seasons, I will include bold pre-game selections in the previews that I'm making which I count at 1 unit flat stakes. I had 4 of them in week which went 2W-2L for a small overall loss. Last season there were a total of 201 of these picks which made a total of +16.863 units profit good for +8.39%. This will be very difficult to match this season and the main goal remains just long term profit on these bets.
This so far is the case with 623 bets in the last 3 seasons and +6.46% ROI on them which I would say is really solid and I hope to continue this overall uptrend even though for sure there will be some big losing streaks along the way eventually.

Regular Season 2023-2024 Personal Betting Chart
The chart always starts off with big gaps between the actual profit and the expected profit based on realistic estimations. The main goal for long for me is to get my volume up if possible at least to 10 Units + staked each week. I didn't raise how much my units represent this season but will try to bet more on average. This will be an extra challenge as there are only 16 teams instead of 18 last season meaning 1 match less to possibly place bets on. I will see how it goes and try my best without forcing anything. Last season, my average stake was just 0.15 units while in the first week now this was around 0.18. This however was just the first week which always acts as some kind of learning phase. As always, I don't plan on forcing anything either way.
