Hello lions!
After reading @alexvan post I found it very interesting to bring my opinions on the cryptocurrencies that we invested outside of Hive. I think this type of article is very cool, which leaves us with the possibility of both exposing our knowledge and also giving the chance to share through interaction with readers.
For those who don't know, this #AskLeo is an initiative from @acesontop and I take the opportunity to answer this question from now on in this post.
Is there "life" outside of Hive? I keep imagining the new users who have their first contact with encryption through HIVE. Of course, that same person has heard of BTC, ETH or perhaps another famous crypto, but the first time to "win" was with Hive.
As we know, there are thousands of cryptoactives and many of them with very interesting projects, while others are only for payment purposes and nothing more and others that are actually merely garbage ...
Like a large majority of people, my first contact was with digital currencies was with Bitcoin, at the time when faucet paid very well and after some good time, I started to know other cryptocurrencies being XMR, XRP, Doge, ETH among others.
My first big investment was with Waves, at the time of the ICO I still remember that it was for $0.18 and since I didn't have FIAT money to put in ICO, the money I got in a faucet (which was not much) was enough to buy at a few hundred.
Today Waves has an incredible and decentralized platform where we can obtain passive income just by stacking in our wallet and Waves was the first to create DeFo (Decentralized Forex), today you can simply and easily buy several currency Stablecoins national currencies such as US dollar, pound, euro, real and others.
We can all stack, but each has its own form of% in annual profits. It doesn't compare to some APRs that we have here at Hive, but at least, for those who have goals to diversify their investments, it's a great way to do that.
I always look for ways that make me feel secure. Diversifying is the way, no matter how many people think the other way around, it won't be a reason to change my mind. Even more that we are in the cryptoverse and we know very well that things here are quite different than the traditional market that we know out there.
Another crypto that is in its early stages but has been around for a long time is MTNT, I recently made a post talking a little about it, as a pre-launch pilot campaign was announced. I am very excited about this project not only because of the financial aspect because I have been in it since its ICO, but mainly because MyTrackNet can help many people in the world with its technology.
Imagine how many people can benefit from a network that rewards you for finding things that other people have lost? The advantage of having a Bluetooth device capable of always finding our keys, children, pets, people with dementia ... This will change the world for the better and I am sure of it.
Forget Pokemon GO, now we have one more reason to walk in search of real rewards and being paid for by real people. In the past when people were lost, for example, people used posters to spread throughout the city or even used Facebook for this, but now we will have MyTrackNet.
Another recent one that made me open my eyes to the opportunity was BCH, why? For the simple fact of its usefulness in the world of payments. BTC failed when it proposed to be a cryptocurrency for the purpose of P2P payments. I'm not saying here that it doesn't work, but what hindered your plans was the high rates.
Today, many investors suffer from Ethereum's high gas rates, so they know what I'm saying. Bitcoin over time started to be seen as a digital gold and no longer as a means for digital payments. So after a lot of discussion for some smart exit, the possibility of an HF (Hard Fork) arose and thus Bitcoin Cash (BCH) was born, faster and with almost zero rates.
Gradually I am adding BCH and since I don't have any BTC in my account, I don't want to make the same mistake. I imagine that BCH could be well accepted in the future when BTC is increasingly in the hands of large companies. Those considered small investors will try to find a way to choose another cryptocurrency to be their "new digital gold(?)" And only time will tell that BCH will be one of them.

Após ler o post de @alexvan, achei muito interessante trazer minhas opiniões sobre as criptomoedas que nós investimos fora do Hive. Acho bem legal esse tipo de artigo que nos deixa a possibilidade tanto de expor nossos conhecimentos como também dá chance de compartilhar através de interação com os leitores.

Existe "vida" fora do Hive? Fico imaginando os novos usuários que tem seu primeiro contato com a criptografia através do HIVE. É claro que essa mesma pessoa já ouviu falar de BTC, ETH ou talvez outra crypto famosa, mas a primeira vez em "ganhar" foi com o Hive.
Como sabemos, existem milhares de cryptoativos e muitos deles com projetos muito interessantes enquanto que outros só servem mesmo para fins de pagamentos e nada mais e outros que na verdade são meramente lixo...
Assim como uma grande maioria das pessoas, meu primeiro contato foi com as moedas digitais foi com Bitcoin, na época em que faucet pagava muito bem e após algum bom tempo, comecei a conhecer outras criptomedas sendo XMR, XRP, Doge, ETH entre outras.
Meu primeiro grande investimento foi com a Waves, na época da ICO lembro até hoje que era por $0.18 e como eu não tinha dinheiro FIAT para colocar na ICO, o dinheiro que conseguia em faucet (que não era muito) foi o suficiente para comprar pelo menos algumas centenas.
Hoje a Waves tem uma plataforma incrível e descentralizada onde nós podemos obter uma renda passiva apenas empilhando em nossa carteira e a Waves foi a primeira a criar o DeFo (Forex Descentralizado), hoje é possível você comprar de forma simples e fácil várias Stablecoins de moedas nacionais como dólar americano, libra, euro, real entre outras.
Todas podemos empilhar, mas cada uma tem sua forma de % nos lucros anuais. Não se compara com alguns APR que temos aqui no Hive, mas pelo menos, para quem tem objetivos de diversificar seus investimentos, é uma ótima forma de fazer isso.
Sempre procuro meios que me fazem ter essa segurança. Diversificar é o caminho, por mais que possa existir pessoas que pensam ao contrário, não será motivo de fazer eu mudar de ideia. Ainda mais que estamos no cryptoverse e sabemos muito bem que aqui as coisas são bem diferentes do que o mercado tradicional que conhecemos lá fora.
Outra crypto que está em seus estágios iniciais mas já existe há um bom tempo é a MTNT, recentemente fiz um post falando um pouco sobre ela, pois foi anunciado uma campanha piloto de pré-lançamento. Estou bastante animado com esse projeto não só pelo aspecto financeiro porque eu estou nela desde a sua ICO, mas principalmente pelo fato de que MyTrackNet poderá ajudar muitas pessoas no mundo com sua tecnologia.
Imaginem quantas pessoa poderão ser beneficiadas com uma rede que te recompensa por achar coisas que outras pessoas perderam? A vantagem de possuirmos um dispositivo Bluetooth capaz de acharmos sempre nossas chaves, crianças, pets, pessoas com demências... Isso mudará o mundo para melhor e eu tenho certeza disso.
Esqueçam Pokemon GO, agora teremos mais um motivo para caminhar em busca de recompensas reais e sendo pagas por pessoas reais. Antigamente quando se perdia algum pet por exemplo, as pessoas usavam cartazes para espalhar na cidade toda ou até mesmo usava o Facebook para isso, mas agora teremos o MyTrackNet.
Outra recente que me fez abrir meus olhos para a oportunidade foi o BCH, porquê? Pelo simples fato da sua utilidade no mundo dos pagamentos. O BTC falhou quando trouxe a proposta de ser uma criptomoeda para fins de pagamentos P2P. Não estou dizendo aqui que não funciona, mas o que atrapalhou os seus planos foram as altas taxas.
Hoje muitos investidores sofrem com as altas taxas de Gas de Ethereum, então sabem muito bem o que estou dizendo. O Bitcoin com o passar do tempo começou a ser visto como um ouro digital e não mais como um meio para pagamentos digitais. Então depois de muita discussão para alguma saída inteligente, surgiu a possibilidade de um HF (Hard Fork) e assim nasceu o Bitcoin Cash (BCH), mais rápido e com taxas quase que zero.
Aos poucos estou juntando BCH e como eu não tenho nenhum BTC em minha conta, não quero cometer o mesmo erro. Imagino que BCH poderá ser bem aceito no futuro quando BTC estiver cada vez mais nas mãos de grandes empresas. Os considerados pequenos investidores tentarão encontrar uma forma de escolher outra criptmoeda para ser seu "novo ouro digital(?)" e só o tempo irá dizer que o BCH será um deles.
